Liked: The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay and the hotel was super close to the Termini station (about 10 mins walk) so we could really walk everywhere! The room we stayed in was big, colorful and comfy and the bathroom, which was private, was spacious and clean! We really had everything we needed and we definitely recommend staying there if you don't wanna spend too much money on a hotel but still be right in the center and safe!

Disliked: There is nothing really we disliked. Maybe the fact that you had to pay for wifi and the locks to put away your luggage if you wanted it.

Liked: The hostel was really nice. It kind of made us feel like we were at home, everything was nice,simple and clean. The staff was really helpful and friendly, especially the lady who seemed to be dealing with most of the things around there. The hostel is situated close to everything, easy to walk to the city or to Termini station to catch a bus or the metro. There's 3 bathrooms and that was more than enough, we didn't have to que to take a shower, it was always clean. The hostel has a kitchen so it's possible to cook there as well as meet other people who are staying. The neighborhood seemed to be safe, daytime and nightime.

Disliked: It was 3 of us travelling, so we were hoping to be in the same room, unfortunately one of us had to stay in the other one.

Liked: I liked the location (close to restaurants, train station, and laundry services), free internet, cleanliness, kitchen facilities, and a secure locker in the rooms for luggage.

Disliked: The staff weren't very accommodating and the hostel was in a sketchy area.

Liked: It was clean and close to Termini so good to recover from a long flight.

Disliked: Very hard to find - not enough signage. Staff said I couldn't use internet as they were standing beside it talking. And I didn't like the hand written signs stuck on the wall saying that if you changed your bed without permission they would take 50 Euros from your credit card.

Liked: It was very quiet which was nice because we had to get up early so we were able to get to bed at decent times. There were 3 bathrooms and we never had any problems getting into one. Everything is very clean it was in a good location- about a 10 minute walk to Termini where you can get on the metro, trains or buses to anywhere in the city or right down the street there is a bus that takes you around the city.

Disliked: We ha trouble with our keys and a few times ended up locked out of the building so if you are traveling alone make sure that you check all of your keys before you leave for the day so that you aren't locked out- if you do get locked out you can go across the street to the hotel where they can give you some new keys. Also, they tell you that there is a common room which is really just the kitchen with 2 computers but it was really nice to have the computers because it saved us from having to bring our laptops- there is also free WIFI.

Liked: When I checked in the guy that checked me in gave me a map of Rome. He circled all the different places that I needed to visit. He showed me which metro stations to use. He told me what bus numbers to take. He was very helpful.

Disliked: I did not like that cleanliness of the beddings. I believe they changed the sheets, but they leave the same blanket/comforter on the bed from one person to another.

Liked: Facilities muy buenas, buenos baños, grandes y muy limpios. Muy buena cocina. Algo así como una casa con mucha independencia.

Disliked: Nunca hay personal en el lugar, están en frente por lo que hay que leer con atención la nota casi invisible en la puerta para poder llamar en el hotel donde está la gente de recepción y el Señor tiene un carácter poco amigable. Si uno conversa con el es bueno, pero no es amistoso.

Liked: * female only * felt safe * in general very quiet location (if other visitors are quiet) * two computers available w/ fast internet (besides wifi), never had to wait

Disliked: * bedroom door jammed, which made it make noise upon opening/closing * one of the bathroom doors could not be locked (* bathrooms could have used an extra shelf to have some space for your toiletry/clothes)

Liked: I liked its location and cleanliness. Also spacious and comfy, washrooms are big and they even provide hairdryer! I would only include breakfast perhaps.... Big lockers and without any charge as it should be in any hostel!!

Liked: Really close to Termini so it's easy to get around. It's just on the other side though, so walking to the attractions take a little bit longer that hostels south of the station. Beds were comfortable and good lockers. Staff are nice and you can meet people in the kitchen.

Disliked: Breakfast would have been nice.

Liked: Close to Termini Station, clean, comfortable atmosphere. Two free computers with internet.

Disliked: Staff at the Il Papavero could be more helpful. The guy basically just dumped me off in the Papaya after having me pay. ALSO, there was no hand soap in any of the bathrooms or paper towel, which is kind of disgusting. Shower pressure could be better, but at least the water was consistently warm enough.

Liked: It was in a good location near the metro (subway). The staff was friendly, there were 2 computers with free internet, the beds were very comfortable, it felt very safe. A nice place to stay.

Disliked: No hand soap was provided in the bathrooms

Liked: There are 2 computers with internet for free use and enough bathrooms so that you don't have to wait to use them. Free coffee/tea. Nice kitchen for use. I also liked the girls I met there, so it was also an international cultural exchange.

Disliked: My roomies were a little bit noisy.

Liked: Close to Terminy station and easy to get to, very friendly reception team, nice rooms not overcrowded with nice big lockers to leave everything in. 4 or 5 very nice bathrooms. it is a very good place for a few days.

Disliked: Unfortunately no place for a sofa! Breakfast is not included anymore. Do not forget your earplugs - as I did - I had two quiet nights but the last one was very noisy.
