30 November 2009	Customer review Nothing at all, we had booked 2 nights and we had to sleep one night in different hostel, because sunmoon was already overbooked. Staff lied to us, that he is going to give us discount. But of course he did not give it to us. Breakfast was late and it was just toast brad with jelly! Toaster was out of order. Room was dirty... Would not recommend!	40%

29 November 2009	Customer review The staff were great. Really great. They did a lot to make sure things were as right as they were able to make them. Good location, but there is NO SIGN outside - only a small name by the doorbell. For the price it was a good choice.	72%

Furthermore if you pay youre first payment with a creditcard you expect that they accept it at the hostel. We had to pay cash, it is easier if the put that on the website or at the confirmation page.	70%

22 October 2009	Customer review The neighbourhood this hostel is in is highly criminal. We were warned by the locales that it was an unsafe neightbourhood. There were gangs hanging on the corner, drinking beer. Could be that they are nice people, but it gave the impression of beeing a bad neighbourhood. The locks on the front door was poor and the door was almost always open for strangers to walk right in.	35%

10 September 2009	Customer review the staffs here are friendly and helpful. since we travelled during ramadhan, they were agreed to provide early breakfast for our sahur, and also early dinner for iftar,both for free. the foods provided were delicious and since we are muslims, vegetarian foods were provided. the staffs were also concerned to our request not to mix gentlemen and ladies in the same dorm room (although we mistakenly requested the shared room). this hostel is located very close to termini station, and also a lift is provided to go the the hostel in the 6th floor. i would recommend this hostel for those looking for a cheap hostel, but don't complain too much since the money you pay is very much worth it.	82%
