Liked: Location near trainstation and airconditioning.

Disliked: Misleading description on website. No free indian dinner or even a restuarant. Breakfast was one croissant and a cup of coffee which you can get for 1.50 at any cafe. Not worth it. All a lie. Wouldn't recommend it. Plus no communication between staff and guests as we never got told about a transport strike which they knew about in advance. Very poor. bad security. no key must be buzzed in off the street, and at 3am when the manager is asleep and you're waiting outside for ages is not very professional.

Liked: The location is grate, very close to Terminy station.Staff was very kind and helpful.Free internet.

Disliked: Toilets got very wet at night and were not very clean. I booked a 3 beds shared room and i only got a 6 bed shared room, but it had airconditioning, for the Roman summer it was a good deal. Lift was broken during part of the day, and the place is on the 6th floor. Internet is free, but Ithey had electrical problems on the first morning, without eletricity the wifi was not working. I would try to find another place on my next stay in Rome.

Liked: Good Breakfast, air condidtioning, nice clean room

Disliked: Didn't get a key and had to be buzzed in everytime, got home at 3 am and had to wait 10mins before i got let in

Liked: Helpful staff and a very good location.

Disliked: Hard to find it the first time you are getting there. A bigger sign on the house would be helpful. Might be a bit cleaner, but I think it is not their fault, people staying should maybe have in mind that there are many others using the facilities

Liked: The location was good, even though it was near the train station (Termini). Train station areas are usually sketchy. We walked from Sunmoon to Piazza Venezia, to the Colosseum, Piazza Navona, even to Trastevere. The only place we opted for the metro was to go to St. Peters and the metro is just a couple blocks away. The staff was amazing. The little woman who greeted us may not have spoken english, but she was incredibly kind. Also, we somehow missed that there was, in fact, a curfew and after a long walk home buzzed in at 4am. The guy had to wake up and let us in. We felt awful and apologized the next morning to which he replied "are you happy?" I said no since we woke him up, but he told us that as long as his guests were happy, he was happy. We shared a 6-person room, which initially made me really nervous about security, but everyone there was open and I felt more than comfortable leaving my belongings there. The bathrooms were nice, the rooms were tidy, and the bedding and towels were perhaps more clean than some of the hotels we stayed at.

Disliked: Disklike? Nothing really. Of course, my preference would be to have my own room, but given the circumstances, it was pretty amazing.

Liked: the location was ok. but you can find much better for a similar or lower price. the owners dont speak english and theyre of no help for sightseeing. the hostel is very small and no one sees each other.

Liked: good lacation, nice people . clean and safety. cheep accomodation for student . good brekfast and free bed line , towel , wi fi in the hostel..its a really good hostel for recomand.... thanks everybody ..specially barbara and habib.

Liked: The staff was really helpful and friendly. I felt really comfortable and the location is very good as well. The lady in chare of the place is a great person, very nice and made me feel comfortable since the very biginning.
