Liked: Very friendly owner-- wanted to make sure his guests were happy; rooms were fairly standard; literally a two minute walk to train station

Disliked: Mattresses were hard on some spots but soft on the other, almost unsleepable. Too few bathrooms and showers and unclean.

Liked: The owner was very helpful with directions and drove us to the airport at 3 am instead of us having to take a taxi since the public transit wasn't open yet.

Disliked: The bathrooms were disgusting. There was mold in the showers, my constant thought was that if I dropped something on the bathroom floor I would have to burn it. We got cold water when there was pressure, and a trickle for the hot water to add to the experience...

Liked: The hostel room provided a nice area to meet other travellers.

Disliked: The bathrooms were not really clean.. the showers had rust in them and I had a freezing shower one morning. Very tiny as well.

Liked: Really close to the termini, directions to get there really accurate. Monti is always trying to be helpful.

Disliked: Only 2 bathrooms for all travelers, one of them the shower doesn't work properly. Staff get on the rooms without knock the door before. Room without a window! No air conditioner.

Liked: Monty, the owner is awesome. He really showed us a good time and made us feel well taken care of. We had a huge window and fair sized room.

Liked: the location is really close to the Rome main train station only 3mins walk. The host was really nice showing us the area around the hostel and very helpful. Good value for money!! Strongly recommended!! we will definitely go back if we ever travel to rome again. : )

Disliked: internet access only available on 1 side. They let early check-in, the guests who is gonna stay after arrive at 10 and we are supposed to check out at 10.30 but they already came inside our room.

Liked: The position is the best possible in Rome. It is few meters far from the main Train Station (Roma Termini) and Metro.

Disliked: The toilet and the blankets where not the best possible.

Disliked: no kitchen, no common place to communicate, no computers, incovenient bathrooms

Liked: The best thing is the location, just a few minutes from Termini station, 15 min. fom colloseum and other main places. The hostel is clean, staff friendful.

Disliked: The worst thing is that MA hostel does not have air conditioner, so it is quite hot at night.

Liked: It is just around the corner from the main railway station, so ideal location if you have an early flight to catch. Friendly and helpful staff.

Disliked: It is not really a hostel, as most backpackers would understand the word. There is no common area for socializing, for example. There is a fridge and microwave in the hall, but no real kitchen facilities. There is mould in the bathroom and it smells, but appears to be at least superficially clean. Seems overpriced for what it is, so recommend shopping around first.

Liked: Actually, I didn't like anything!

Disliked: When I got to the hostel, I knocked the door and nobody answered me, so I had to wait 30 minutes outside. I didn't like the toilets, they were very dirty! When I got to the room, the sheets were dirty too.

Disliked: quite small, only 2 bathrooms, no kitchen, quite old need some more maintenance

Liked: The location was great for coming in to the train station and not too far away from the sights.

Disliked: The bathrooms were not very clean and it was pretty noisy with music and people checking in and out at odd times.

Disliked: The bathroom was tiny and covered with mildew with no place to set your toothbrush or other items. The floors and shower walls were dirty.

Liked: located at the very heart of Rome, very near to Roma Termini. The owner is friendly.

Disliked: no free wifi provided.

Liked: the location was very good. the stuff was really nice and helpful. it was clean. i recommend this place.

Disliked: there was no kitchen but they provide some plastic cups, forks, spoons etc. and a fridge.

Liked: This place was in the PERFECT location. It's literally a two minute walk from Termini and is in a great neighborhood with awesome food around. The owner is incredibly helpful and very friendly. I had an absolute blast I HIGHLY recommend the place.

Disliked: It is small and there isn't really a common area. It's still easy to meet people, especially because in the neighborhood everyone is really friendly.
