Liked: Fairly close to station but still quite a walk.. Friendly host but hardly ever there! We got an upgrade from a dorm to a private room which was nice

Liked: Likes:The property had a comfortable bed, though the sheets and comforter reeked.Dislikes:The one bathroom offered had very poor facilities which constantly flooded. The owner of the property was never to be seen and no help was provided except a mop bucket placed outside of the bathroom. After taking a shower every tenant was then required to mop the bathroom.The entire place reeked of dirty water and some sort of cleaning supplies. At some times it was so strong it was nauseating. No attempts to properly clean were visible.There was no checkout procedure or information given, the whole interaction was sketchy. When we arrived at the residence the owner was not around, and needed to be phoned. Then we were required to pay full in cash without reviewing the property. After he was paid, he left the keys and left, and that was the last time he was seen.
