Liked: We made a mistake with our booking. We were tremendously grateful to the staff who went out of their way to make sure we were looked after, and put themselves to some inconvenience to achieve this.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpfull, the rooms were well organized and clean.

Disliked: It's in a quiet and nice neighborhood but it takes around 15min to get to Termini station.

Liked: The wifi available was great, and having a computer available within the property was handy at times. The location was safe and near to Termini. Having a fridge in the room was useful. The breakfast wasn't much, but often hit the spot early in the morning.

Disliked: Several times during the stay our room was not cleaned and breakfast was not given. The room cleaners came at 10am each morning which is far too early in my opinion. The TV showed nothing but Arabic channels. The location is good, although the place is hard to find at first. The bathroom wasn't very clean, often we would have to get our own toilet paper, also the shower curtain and one of our towels was covered in mould. I would happily recommend this property if you are staying only a few days and only if you book at the sale price we received (€22.50 per person per night) however for anything more than that I would suggest you look elsewhere.

Liked: The hotel is very good and the staff is friendly. The staff dropped me and my wife with our luggage at the train station. The room is very big with sofa set, tv and air conditioner. It was well kept though the bath room is bit small. I definitely recommend this hotel for everyone who is looking for a good hotel at cheap price. I paid only $35 per night but would say a similar hotel else where would charge not less than $80.

Disliked: The directions to the hotel are not clear and the location is at the back of a huge apartment complex. It is better to call the hotel instead following the directions.

Liked: It's close to the train and metro station. It's very clean and you can get small free breakfast. No problems with Wi-Fi. I recommend this hostel!

Disliked: No cooking facilities.

Liked: Nice room, quiet and clean. TV, fridge and AC. Free towel and breakfast.

Disliked: The room was too cold as the heating was off most of time.

Liked: Todo, fue excelente la ubicación, el servicio, siempre limpio, cambiaron toallas a diario, todo muy bien... 100% RECOMENDADO, además de excelente ubicación a todo, transporte, parques, tren.... Me encantó!!!

Liked: This location is very close to Central station, making it a train ride away from all of Rome. Very friendly staff, great service, we were even driven to the train on our last day. Room and bathroom was very clean. I don't think the pictures on the website do it justice. I think it looks much better. A very quiet area, great sleep!

Disliked: no complains.

Liked: Very nice rooms, and certainly not expensive. Very close to Termini station (but note that this also means not the best neighborhood -- although it's really not so bad). We took a twin room that was not guaranteed to have a private bathroom, but we had one anyway -- perhaps they upgraded us because it seemed that there were not many people there at the time. The room was quite big (especially for the price and our expectations), and had a refregirator, which was nice. Wifi was working perfectly throughout our stay (the only place it worked this well out of the 4 places we stayed in in Italy!) and they in addition have one or two computers at the hall that you can use if you don't have a laptop. The people at reception were very nice and helpful (and spoke good English) when they were there, and responded to emails reasonably fast when they weren't.

Disliked: Breakfast is kind of poor -- a croissant and another small cake/cookie they leave for each person in the evening, with small juice boxes, and instant coffee/tea (there's an electric kettle there). The staff doesn't seem to always be there, but when we emailed them they responded quite quickly, and they did come in the time we asked them so we can check out early, and also kept the luggage and were there to return it in the set time (19:00, although they write they only keep luggage until 17:00)

Liked: The place was great! The staff was very nice, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were extremely clean, the bathroom was nice and had very hot water and great pressure, a couple of pastries and some coffee in the morning, only about 10mins away from the train station.. you couldn't ask for much more. I wanted to bring this place with me for all of my travels!

Disliked: Wi-fi was iffy at times..but so what! You're in Rome, its not that serious. The directions were horrible and the location is not on a main street. Google map directions from the train station before you go. We spent an hour and a half walking around looking for a street that wasn't there.

Liked: The room and the bathroom was so clean.

Disliked: They didn´t respect the price for the room, they charged more money and they didn´t care about the confirmation email with the amount even they charged the amount of the reservation that was charged to my credit card. The staff was too rude, they shout for everything. It´s is a shame because the place is very clean and nice, I would never recomended to anyone to stay at this hostel because the nasty attitude.

Liked: It was located about 7 minutes walk from Termini Station from where you can get very easily by bus/metro/tram/foot to all areas of Roma. Our room was also extremely clean and the members of staff were helpful even though they did not speak very good English (but it was ok since we were in Rome, Italyt afterwards).

Disliked: It was difficult to find the place, it's better not to follow hotel's directions but just simply look on the map or ask for help other people (which we did). The neighbourhood seemed a bit abandoned, especially at night but I felt safe there anyway.

Liked: Cute place. Old bulding, but relatively sustentative. Location near the main traffic intersection.

Disliked: The door of our room was exactly 20 cm from the desk of reception - wow. The air-conditioning was broked. reception clerk (the only staff in the hotel) spoke only italian.

Disliked: two sets of directions from station which was confusing. Signage at actual location very small and poor. Should be more visual as one enters cul de suc.

Liked: We had a really large room. with airconditening. close to roma termini train station, a 10 minutes walk.

Disliked: not easy to find. the name of the street can only by found at google maps. the house doesn't have a name sign, you need to know the number of the house. The staff was helpfull when you ask them somethink, but it was because they have to, not because they like there job

Disliked: Before coming I emailed the hostel to extend the stay. Although I received the confirmation I had to move to another place for one night. The staff offered us another place and followed us there. The room had a window but due to the location there was almost no access to sun.

Liked: The privacy, the cleanliness, the non-smoking environment, the quiet restful atmosphere, the convienence to groceries & eateries, and public transportation all made this an excellent place to stay while in Rome. The free internet and WiFi access were also highly prized ammenities.
