Liked: Great place! Walking distance to everything.. "Monjur" made me coffee in the morning. Definitely worth the price.

Liked: Great location and wondrful staff, they spoke english very well which is a plus and anything you want just knock Mr Monjur. I recommand this hostel.

Liked: value for money and a wonderful stuff.. (lwam and monjur made me fell like home) on sterday night thay made us a wonderful dinner for all the people in the hostel.. for free!!!i met there some nice people to spend my time in rome

Liked: I liked the location of the hostel the most. However, it was a bit cold in Rome that time and there was not much heating facilities that worked properly in the room...

Liked: I was really pleasantly surprised when I arrived at Hotel Beauty especially after reading some of the earlier reviews. I had stayed in Rome before in the same area, which admittedly isn't the best, but it is ideally located for arrival at Termini and was only 10-15 minutes from almost all the main sites in Rome. The staff were helpful on arrival and I was surprised at how nice the room was (twin private ensuite). It looked like it had been recently decorated, was spacious and the bathroom was really nice. However one problem was the shower which consisted of a shower head attached to the main bath taps. This would have been fine except there was nothing to hold the shower head up so you had to hold it constantly. Which also would not have been a problem if there was a constant flow of water. It started off fine but would go down to a trickle or stop completely. Added to this the stopper which diverted the water from the main bath tap to the shower head also did not work making it impossible to shower yourself as you had to hold the stopper up to keep the water flowing through the shower head. This too would not have been a problem and you could have had a bath, had the bath not been roughly 2 foot squared. My partner and I had to bathe each other like people in a care home. Luckily we're quite close, so it wasn't too much of a problem. Everything else was fine bar that, the only other thing being that despite being told staff were at the desk 24 hours, when it came time for us to check out there was noone around so we had to just leave our key and walk out.
