Liked: Cheap but very cheerfull. Its in need of a lot of re-furbishing inside and out but once you get over that you realise they make the best out of what they've got. Staff are very helpfull and friendly. Bathrooms are kept clean. Breakfast package every morning, spagetti party every 2nd night up on the roof.

Liked: We had a great time here, staff make a real effort to help out and provide a good service. lots of information on the city and local area is available. rooftop is a fantastic place to eat the breakfast and meet people at the pasta parties. breakfast is large and healthy, croissant etc also fruit and yogurt. close to termini and lots of facilities like shops, pizza places, bars. walkable to the ancient roman sites. street can be noisy at night, but its Rome so hardly unreasonable! our bathroom was shared with one other room and pretty small. if iwas back in rome, id stay here again for sure.

Liked: The hostel's location was superb - we walked pretty much everywhere we wanted to from here and it is easy to get to the bus and train station. I wouldn't go too crazy on the spaghetti party though.

Liked: Free pasta party, free wine, free sangria! Amazing value for money and a fantastic location. The staff were fantastic, and bent over backwards to help you. And every morning they give you a packed breakfast bag and a free hot drink too, the best hostel I have ever stayed in. Thanks very much Casa Olmata!

Liked: the better thing is the location,,, it´s so close to the termini station, and i loved the spagheti party, case was a good place to meet another people, but its not free, you have to pay for it, and in the web site they say its free, and to find the hostel its hard, but i recomend

Liked: The pasta party they do every other day is a lot of fun and very cheap - only 2 euros. They also give you cold water when you arrive which was greatly needed!

Liked: the spaghetti parties (2 euros is a fantastic deal for delish food and wine plus the rooftop terrace location and the ability to meet people), the staff and the proximity to the train station. Nice and quiet despite being close to sights like the Colloseum.
