James LancasterThe hostel was great, probably one of the best I've stayed in. Everything was so clear, especially for non-Italian speakers, and they had a range of facilities that made the stay really comfortable. However, I had mostle dealt with two women, both of whom were so helpful, but on the last night I dealt with a guy who worked there, and he was so rude and almost intimidating, so this practically put the stay at the hostel to a negative end. |

Camilla SveréusThe location: near to Termini station but in a rather quiet area. The roof terrace with view over the entire Rome, I think. There was a kitchen and I never queued for a bathroom or shower. |

Customer reviewStayed in the extra accommodation 2 blocks away from actual hostel, so short walk to supermarket and Vittoria Emanuelle Metro Station was nice. Had good range of restaurants, cafes and an internet cafe close by. Quite a walk from the main hostel though, so could not participate in hostel activites as much. |

Holly Collersince we had booked a twin private room were actually taken to another apartment like hostel about a 10 min walk away :( but it ended up being fine and the location is decent, not too far from the main train station and like a 10 min walk from the colessuem, really noisy though, hard to sleep at night with all the traffic. overall not bad, and the brown bag lunches were nice. |

Vlad StoianoviciI enjoyed this hostel's friendly atmosphere, the helpfulness of the staff and the location which is really convenient. I stayed on the 4th floor without an elevator which started to be a discomfort on my last few days, but my room was facing via dell'olmata and I was lucky enough to find a wireless network that didn't need an authentification. The breakfast was ok, but not enough to skip lunch, there was free coffee and orange juice and some evenings there were free spaghetti parties. The staff can help you out with maps and tips on where to go and what to see, what and where to eat, etc. Right now there's a renovation going on so if you want to sleep in late, I would recomend someplace else. The bathrooms are not the cleanest I've seen but they have toilet paper and hot showers and lock from the inside. Also they have a storage room where you can leave your stuff even after you cheked out, or before you checked in. |

Customer reviewIt seems like it will be under heavey construction for the next three months, but after they're finished I imagine it will be a great place to stay. |
