Liked: location only if u stay here when u get to the square the actual B & B isnt signposted to u have to look for the big wooden door with not a huge no 12 on the pillar next to it

Liked: It was a brilliant location in Rome. Sometimes a queue for Bathroom but the rooms were clean and good size and overall a realy nice place to stay.

Liked: The lady at second floor was very nice. She did a good job, and very friendly to every guests. Every morning she prepared everything for breakfast and waited the guest to the meals. We really appreciated her and enjoyed living in this hotel.

Liked: the building was under construction, we were brought into sth. just like a prison, and that's it: 60€ was taken from your creditcard the day after we left without telling you anything,any explication. by calling the hotel a week later,I got a really funny answer with a so BAD attitude: "you're using too much the water and wasting too much time when you take the shower, and you broke sth. in the room." ok. we got to know there's only one shower for 4 rooms of 4 people in one floor.... as to something broken, I really can't imagine where is my energy from after, a under 40°C tired-walking day in Rome to broke something in my room. let;s count what's in this room: 4 beds, a clothes chest, a chest of drawers and a wastepaper basket, that's all. I phoned again to ask what was exactly broken, a voice from that side is "it's ok, it was broken, go! go(away)!" Sir, what do you mean by taking money from others' pocket without telling?

Liked: The staff was friendly. The day we arrived, there was a horrible smell in the bathroom, but they fixed next day. And the staff explained us how to get around the city, which was useful. But the room was absolutely hot and one small ventilator was not enough to fresh a room for 4 people. Some other rooms even left their doors open to have a little bit of the air conditioning from the hallway. For 20 euros you can't complain a lot, but I've been in Rome before and paid the same for a 3 star hotel with breakfast included.

Liked: Great location. Close to Terminii station, next to big beautiful Church of Maria Maggiore. Comfy bed. There were plenty of lively places to eat at around the area - full of locals, not just tourists. The building is being renovated and looks very nice from outside. Windows and shutters are brand new. There's a ceiling fan (and I saw also central heating) no air conditioning.However, only one toilet and bathroom (in one room) so often long queues depending on time of day as there were 4 rooms (one had 4 people, one had 3, and two rooms had two during our stay)

Liked: Cant comment on Gaia B&B as it was under construction and we were taken to another hotel, New York B&B. We weren't advised about the construction and only found out that we had to check in at another hotel by chance as someone saw us waiting outside the building and let us know that it had happened to them. The man who came and took us to the other hotel didn't really explain the situation but all in all, location was still ok, room was nice but bathroom smelt damp.

Liked: The building is under construction, which creates a negative first impression. However the staff is friendly and helpful so you will probably quickly change your mind. The only reason I wouldn't recommend this property is the construction that takes place inside and outside the building. Other than that the B&B are fine.

Liked: Due to construction, they have moved to a different place (but is very near to the advertised place). The location is very good -- just two minutes walk from the Termini station -- and has a very helpful staff.

Liked: Everything is great, especially the place and cleanliness. The only thing that can annoy you a bit - just one bathroom if you book the room without. I'd really recommend this hostel.

Liked: What I liked about this hostel is that it is like 1 min walking distance from Termini Station and about 5 minutes walking distance from Piazza Santa Margorie. In Piazza Santa Margorie there is a stop for the tourist bus and it is really convenient, this way you dont have to worry about getting lost on the metro or about paying expensive taxi fees.
