Liked: Leaving.

Disliked: There was nobody that spoke english well or even a bit to understand. Finding the place was hard. It is close to the train station but on the buzzer the name isn't Gaia B&B. And when you got buzzed in you had no idea on which tower to go to A,B, or C. The place is securish from the outside but to others staying no so much. Beds are old and well the place needs to be cleaned up. I dont like to hate on this place but definatly did not enjoy staying here.

Liked: The location, it being close to Termini, was ideal. It was also relatively cheap for a private double, although a shared bathroom.

Disliked: The staff were very cold and unwelcoming. They also did not speak English, so my rudimentary Italian had to be sufficient- which is not always adequate. The person who checked us in overcharged us because we did not have a reservation printed and she refused to believe that we had made one. The bathroom was adequate, although had a hand held shower.

Liked: It was close to Termini station, next to Santa Maria Maggiore and a supermarket. Breakfast is a toast, jam and tea or coffee. The hostel is a flat on the 3rd floor but there is a small lift. The room was clean and quite big. Internet wifi worked very well.

Disliked: I booked a room with a private bathroom but there was only shared bathroom for all the rooms! I've seen the lady who was in charge of this hostel only during breakfast, so if you had any problems in the afternoon, there was noone to talk about.

Liked: Centrally located in Rome at piazza Santa Maria Maggiore. Everything is very walkable from here.

Disliked: The lock to the master room was difficult.

Liked: It was VERY friendly, very helpful and very bright and welcoming. I felt safe and comfortable during my stay. It was also very conveniently close to the train and bus station. I really appreciated the way we were welcomed after having a stressful journey to arrive there. It was my favorite of all the hostels i visted.

Liked: Great place! Isa is very knowledgeable regarding the must-see sights and the bus routes. Our room was very clean and cleaned daily. Breakfast was served according to the time we had asked. I absolutely enjoyed my stay here. Also, the B&B is close to the trainstation, and very easy to find. It is located near 2 supermarkets.

Disliked: dirty, loud, we waited more than 45 minutes in front of the house (nobody was there), we got another room because they were overbooked, bad breakfast
