Liked: It is located really close to Termini station, making it easy to access the metro to see all of the sites. The rooms don't have too many beds in them- dorm sizes are kept on the smaller side.

Disliked: There is no social atmosphere here unless you are traveling with a friend. The common room is tiny and out of the way, meaning it doesn't really get used. It is only fitted with some bar tables and stools. No couches or anywhere nice to sit. Lockout is strict and from 10-3 and the breakfast is not great.

Liked: The 3 person room I stayed in had a lot of space with big secure lockers. The two shared bathrooms were very clean. The hostel was fairly quiet in general.

Disliked: There wasn't much for atmosphere. The staff was alright. Breakfast was a joke.

Liked: Very convenient for Termini station on the first night of a Roman stay. The reception is 24 hours and those who man it very friendly.

Disliked: Having never stayed in hostel accommodation previously, I was very pleasantly surprised.

Liked: Nothing special but nice staff.

Disliked: The bathroom was gross! The sinks and showers didn't drain and made it really dirty. The toilet also smelled like urine. The place was noisy and the facilities were not good. No kitchen, hot water, or even forks for you to use.

Liked: The best thing about this hostel was the staff: they were super friendly and so helpful. They showed me where to go on a map and how to get to the airport. They even remembered my name. I was in a room with a few other girls and the ensuite bathroom made me so happy: it was like a bathroom you would find in a hotel. After staying in a bunch of hostels, you really appreciate every extra hook, shelf, and mirror. They recommended a free tour called "New Rome" (not by Sandeman) which was at 5:30 pm. This tour was great! The location of the hostel was nice because it was close to the train station (Termini) and the bus stops for airport buses. It's also easy to walk to Trevi Fountain and the Spanish steps.

Disliked: They could have had more outlets in the room. I think there should be at least one outlet for each person, since we all have to charge our cell phones. Also, although wifi is free, you have to pay a euro for 30 min of using the computer. The computers themselves were really slow (not great when you're paying for a certain amount of time) and are running some program called site kiosk which sucks and really limits what you can do. The wifi in the room I stayed in was very weak. Breakfast wasn't the best (one croissant and coffee), but at least it was free.

Disliked: atmosphere, attitude of night/early morning guy (unhelpful) they have a lock-out policy everyday internet was very slow or didn't work; frustrating lockers very small, backpack did not fit inside internet was not free no kitchen or common area; had to stand to eat croissant for breakfast

Liked: It was a great location, we were able to get everywhere we needed to go b/c it is right near the termini. it also gives a good feel for what living in Rome feels like

Liked: The hostel staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you guys a lot (especially the team between 10 p.m. and 11 p. m. for providing a lot of useful information and help as I lost my money wallet).

Liked: The hostel is great!! We were first visitors of that hostel from Armenia and we liked it. Everything is clean and comfortable. You have your private key, personal locker and everything you need. + staff is very nice and friendly.

Liked: Kirby on reception was so friendly and helpful. It was 5 minutes from the Termini and buses to take you anywhere.It was clean and quiet and i have no complaints at all.

Liked: The best thing about this hostel is that it is located near almost everything touristic in Rome, which will help you save some money in transport. The showers and toilets are very clean. Everything (Cleanliness, situation, value for money and Staff) was really good.

Liked: The location was perfect, just a few meters from termini station, very convenient to reach the touristic places. The staff was very nice and helpful, the hostel was clean and safe.

Disliked: The aeration system was noisy, just coffee and a single croissant for breakfast.
