Liked: The hostel is a nice place to start your Rome trip. It's located near the metro station, and the bus and tram stations are nearby. Furthermore the international staff is very kind and helpfull! They gave me some great tips. Like where is the best pizzeria, what is a nice place to go out and much more. My personal favourite staff member was the one which liked köttbullar! As a conclusion I would recommend the hostel as a nice open-minded hostel, which is worth the money.

Disliked: Nothing really.

Liked: I liked the fact that there was a small Kitchen facility and hot showers. The people were also very nice.

Disliked: They charged a tourist tax of 2Euro per night which does not apply to hostels, only to hotels. They are disorganized, I came in one night to find someone else in my bed and my stuff on the floor.

Liked: I think the hostel is basically a converted apartment so it is small and cozy. It is close enough to the train station and to walk and, although far from all the tourist attractions, close enough to the metro to make everything convenient. The hostel is located in the university area so there are plenty of cheap food amd drink options right out the door. Breakfast Monday- Saturday is across the street at a cafe. Where the staff are very cheery and friendly. You are entitled to a fresh espresso or cappuccino and a pastry. Although it's small, it's very delicious, and getting another round is quite cheap.

Disliked: He hostel kitchen was lacking in utensils.

Liked: Nice, quiet hostel with kitchen and breakfast in mornings. Staff were helpful with suggestions of places to see and best transport to the city center. The surrounding area was relaxed and not too touristy.

Disliked: Can be a little cramped in the kitchen with 6 or more people in there at once but you soon work out the best times to go in there.

Liked: The staff were nice. It was small and the common room made it easy to meet people. Its very close to a groccery store. No curfew, no lockout.

Disliked: It was a bit far from the main downtown area, but it is easy to hop on the subway. Breakfast was a bit bland and simple: cereal and instant coffee and juice, sometimes a pastry of some sort.

Disliked: It's a really small hostel in a very quiet district (which not everybody may like) and actually not very close to the metro station (between 5 and 10 min).

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff, about 15-20 minute walk to termini station. Bus right in front of the hostel that takes you to Termini in about 5 min. Couple good places to eat around the hostel and one of the best and cheapest gelatto shops I found in the city. Small grocery store at the end of the street for some of those small essentials but if you're looking for a major chain, you'll have to stop at SPAR in Termini. The hostel itself is comfortable, breakfast is good, bathrooms cleaned daily but it's good to get in earlier than later as some messy people are bound to run through it. For the price it was cheaper than most other hostels when I booked on relatively short notice so I was happy with the value.

Disliked: Squeaky beds
