We are geared primarily towards private accommodations, either with shared or en-suite bathrooms. Our international atmosphere and mult-ligual staff help make us a true backpacker's paradise.We are a small hostel which offer free WIFI in all areas of the hostel, kitchen to cook with all the facilities, TV, satellite and DVD and a cosy common area to chat, drink and swap travel tips with fellow guests.

**** Notice about Rome's new tourist tax ****
Rome City Council decided to charge 2 Euros per person per night on tourists who visit Rome. It is implemented from the 01/01/2011. This is unfortunately NOT included in the accommodation fee, upon making reservation please consider this extra fee in your budget.

Location Information

Rome City Hostel is situated near La Sapienza University a 15 minute walk from the central station Termini and the perfect base to stay in Rome and experience a traditional Roman culture as well as being in the Historical city centre close to all the famous sites such as the Colosseum, Trevi fountain, spanish steps and only 15 minutes ride from the Vatican City and St Peters Basilica.
