Liked: The property was amazing! It's like a youth resort outside of Rome. There's a pool, marketplace, and a bar. The showers were clean and the staff was super friendly and amazing. The restaurant food was also excellent.

Disliked: It was a little far from Rome, but well worth it.

Liked: I don't like anything about this unwell organize camping

Disliked: The dorms doesn't have a door lock or individual locker inside the dorms, strangers can easily enter at all time.only one plug for electricity available in the hall way for charging your gadgets so you prpbably need to stick around there to have an eye on your stuffs till you are done. The water in the shower is not hot at all, the temperature keep switching from hot cold every second.Campsite very far away from the center , takes more or less an hours to reach by bus or metro.Staffs are not so friendly and many more...

Liked: We had a wonderful stay at Tiber! The pool was nice, the staff helpful, the restaurant served good food at an affordable price, the bar was alose very nice! The moblie homes very okay, clean but small, enough to sleep in! I'll definitely come back if I'm going to Rome! If you take the shuttle bus and then the train you're in Rome city in no time!

Disliked: That only things to complain about is that: 1. No sinks in the bathroom to wash you hands - you have to go to the showers, and there's no soap. 2. No guest kitchen - big minus.. It would be perfect otherwise 3. Thin walls in the moblie homes, you could hear the guests in the other room very well

Liked: i loved the environment, perfect for hanging out and meeting people. though it is outside of the city it's really not that far, and when the shuttle bus is free (only 1 euro for metro) it's a good deal. the showers and dorms are very clean, and having a pool to cool off in is always a bonus

Disliked: you had to pay for internet (though not too unreasonably priced) and you had to be in the bar/restaurant area to use it but it wasn't that big of a problem

Liked: It was great that there was a pool. After a long day melting in Rome, it's great to have a quick dip.

Disliked: The dorm room's all share the same key, which is a bit dodgy when you have your life packed in a bag...

Liked: it was definitely nice place, very clean, wıth pool, sweet small houses and others... I totally recommend thıs placee to all! =)

Disliked: It is certainly not well located! when you read the way that how to go there, they have written that they have a shuttle, so you feel like they will takw you from center to the hostel, but in real it is not like this... You have to go somewhere takes at least half an hour from center, and then they pıck you up! But still it's ok! I would go there again, if l had a chance to go to Rome!!! =))

Liked: I liked the price (the price promoted on the website includes the 2 euro tax) and that the rooms were only 4 people, which made it very calm and quiet.

Disliked: The laundry facilities did not work and they were very reluctant to give us a refund (for the NINE EUROS we paid for one load). The staff was just very unhelpful in general. The location meant that we had to leave Rome before 9 every night, and we spent lots of time in transit both directions. You have to pay for internet access (though they do have three old, slow computers with internet that you can use for free) and there aren't any shops or restaurants nearby, so once you get home for the night you have to pay ridiculous prices at their own restaurant or convenience store. You have to buy a towel, but their store closes at 7 or something so it was never open when we got back.

Liked: Although there are hours where you can not use the free computers, they are for the most part reliable and rotating with others for fairness. The hot showers were great, the restaurant makes delicious pastas and meats, and the information desk was pretty helpful and friendly. There are plenty of bathrooms, the pool is great, and I felt pretty safe on the camp site and met a lot of young people my age. A good stay for the money. If you are left behind at the stop, they usually come back with a larger bus so you won't get left twice. For budget backpackers, this was a great deal.

Disliked: Although it is very easy to get to by train, the bus shuttle runs every 30 minutes for a 4 minute drive. The size of the bus is a random guess at how many will be at the stop, so sometimes you are left behind if there is no room. The dorms have no air conditioner, only the trailer/private rooms do, so it can get hot at night. The dorms are also close to the bar, so it can get pretty loud with an open window. It seems nicer to pitch a tent here than to get an actual room. The wi-fi is pretty old and inconvenient, acting difficult at times.

Liked: The temperature was much cooler than Rome, very nice to come back to each night. The pool was very sweet also. Nice restaurant and breakfast area with free Internet for half hour. Very lively and happy atmosphere with music playing in all common areas and even on shuttle bus, bring your earplugs in case you go to sleep early. Lots of opportunity to meet others and hang out. The shuttle bus was top notch.

Disliked: It was a bit of a ride and I had a tricky time finding all the right buses the first night. I got a ticket for not punching my ticket on the train into Rome. Other travelers should be warned in all languages that cops check to see your ticket was punched when getting off the train, I had to pay a fine and j know some other travelers had bug fines as well. This is not the campsites fault, but it was a bummer.

Liked: The pool, nice outdoor feeling, calm environment, clean bathrooms and showers

Disliked: Noisy cabbin that shakes when someone on the other side of the wall moves the slightest. It takes more than 20 minutes to get to most of the city centre, I would say 40 minutes to the stop closest to the Vatican, for an example.

Liked: I wasn't expecting the kind of facilities, services & atmosphere that Tiber provided with the money I paid! There's a bar (we enjoyed the food!!), swimming pool, entertainment at night, free internet, very very clean toilet & shower, and at only 12 Euros per night for a private twin room, this hostel is way worth the money!

Disliked: The thin wall that separates two cabin rooms. You can literally hear every single thing your neighbour do! Also, the location was probably too far away from central Rome, which unfortunately does not allow us to explore Rome at night (the last metro back to the campsite was at 9pm, during my stay).

Liked: Not a typical hostel, it is a quaint little campground with a beautiful atmosphere and great staff. There is something for everyone to do and they make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Disliked: It is a little bit outside of the main city but there is a shuttle service from the tram station back and forth to the property. The trams are also very cheap and easy to use, however they do not look the cleanest.

Liked: Although out of the Rome city centre, it is really not a hassle to get in and out. The shuttle bus to the train station takes 2 minutes and is convenient and reliable. The camping ground is very beautiful, and well kept. Facilities no problem.

Disliked: No kitchen for campers/those staying in the cabins.

Liked: Very green, well kept campground. Restaurant was really good and had a large menu, and was open late! It was also awesome to have a free computer station. Free shuttle service to/from metro was wonderful.

Disliked: Large shared mixed dorm had no shelving/storage/lockers in rooms so you have to be pretty relaxed and trusting. Also, there was no key/lock to the dorm, so people would stumble in after the bar and could easily have a free bed to stay in, which is frustrating when you are paying money to be there.

Liked: I liked the park setting, the pool was real nice the people were friendly but the room should have had a table and chares to sit on and it should have had a comunity kitchen, becouse Tiber is not set up for economy as I expected it to be it was set up for extreem greed and absolutely no fcilyty for economy travel wich is what i was looking for. I also could not find aplace to sit down and relaxe whit out having to spend money and sit in a croud loud and uncomfortable the pool area was the only refuge but it got closed due to to much rain Suzannie

Liked: Really nice restaurant, with a great waitress. Nice grounds, good showers. There's a free bus to the train station so you can get easily into rome.

Disliked: Wasnt as close to rome as the advert stated, but it was nice to get some peace and quiet. The rooms were extremely basic, in a porta cabin. However, i think the more expensive rooms are good, so would recommend those. Single bed in the cheap room was unbearable.
