Liked: I had to leave from Rome unexpectedly due to a family emergency back in the States. There were two staff members (I am sorry I don't know their names) that helped me find a flight and stayed with me while I was near hysterics. I appreciate everything they did for me and could not have asked for more compassion and help.

Liked: ambience was good. i liked the club at night. i wish the location were better tho; it was a hassle getting into central rome because village roma is petty much in the middle of nowhere and you have to either wait for the bus to come by (which sometimes took forever), or you have to book a private shuttle (which in my opinion was too expensive)

Liked: It was very clean and we all felt really safe and at ease with the rest of the guests and the staff. The amenities ( swimming pool etc ) meant that we had the best of both worlds..a brilliant city break and a marvelous summer break. We would like to thank the staff there for paying so much attention to detail, the bungalows were spotless and the air con really welcome. Next time we will try a chalet.

Liked: Village Roma is a great place for anyone to stay. The area is great, the pool is awesome, and the staff is very friendly. Just make sure you know what metro and bus to take to get there. Village Roma is not the kind of place you can walk to.

Liked: Village Roma was the best camping site that I stayed in on my Europe trip. Our chalet had a great little kitchen, and a fridge which was good because we could actually eat dairy products. The beds and bathrooms were clean, and the air conditioning was heavenly after a day in the roman sun. The security was tight, which is a pain when you can't find your pass, but is also very re-assuring. The bar was the place to be, but it didn't pick up until midnight. For meeting other people, it was easiest to wander around the campsite and talk to the people sitting out on their porches. All in all, a great campsite, its just too bad that it is so far from the city center.
