Gabriela CarvalhoThe main problem of this hostel is that I had problems with FLEAS. I had really bad bites all over the first night I slept there and another guy in the same room had bites all over. The staff wasn't really helpful and they didn't do much to help. One blond girl that was on the front desk said it wasn't her problem and that she couldn't do anything to help!!!!!! They didn't even pay for the laundry of all my cloths... at least they could give me my money back!!!!!!!! Not fun to travel with flea bites!!!!! The location was great, they had also good food and met lots of people there... but I don't recomend it!!!! |

Customer reviewVery close to the main train station and the people staying there weren't all drunk college kids. It was nice to have other young professionals staying there also. |

Customer reviewThe staff was friendly and helpful, but the location was horrible. you could walk to the major sights, but the neighboorhood was terrible and slightly sketchy. the bathrooms were decent but it was crowded and loud. |

Customer reviewIts near the train station and if you are a walker its walking distance to everything! We only used the Metro once only because we were running out of time. The bathrooms are pretty clean, and the rooms are nice. I had a good night sleep. Breakfast is fine, bread rolls and coffee from a strange machine, but it fills you up! Half an hour free internet is good too! Overall this place was cool... |

Robert CockingClose to station. Free pasta but not on weekends. But made me book on line for extra nights because they couldn't give me a cheap price at the desk. More atmosphere at the Palace hostel with bar. Can go over there for free pizza if the pasta wasn't enough. |

Customer reviewI really like the atmosphere about the hostal, but for the problem was the bathroom, it's not so clean, and it's kind of difficult for a girl, because don't have much space for you to dress up. But I have a lot of fun, and meet interesting people. |

Customer reviewThe staff was very friendly. There was also a downside. At night, there were a lot of homeless people near Termini and the hostel. |

Michael CarpolThe location is good, right next to the train and main bus stations. It has everything you need but is not exceptional by any means. I would assume that the other Alessandro Hostel is much better. If other places are booked up, this one is satisfactory. It is not that great though. |

Customer reviewi liked some of the staff members that worked there. they were extremely helpful at times. However, i unfortuantely had my wallet stolen and when i returned to the hostel late that evening asking to use the phone, the night staff was not helpful and at first were not going to allow me to use to phone they had (in order to call and cancel my visa), because apparently it did `not make outgoing calls`. I dont know of many hostels that cant make outgoing calls whatsoever. after arguing and finally finding out that i could make the call, they reluctantly allowed me to use the phone, which i considered an important emergency. i was not happy about this- they were not willing to assist me by any means possible in order to secure the safety of my travels. i would reccommend the hostel, however rome has become very sketchy over the years with an increase in people, crime and uncleanliness.. |

Customer reviewI liked that the hostel was close to Termini Station and it's very easy to get around the city on the metro. I also liked the tours they have set up for guests, because they're really cheap and you get to see a lot of the city -- it's a good price for what you get. Free breakfast and pasta dinners were great and helped me and my friend save money on food. |

Salvador Camarasa SolaPerhaps the 0.00h curfew to use the common zone is a bit too tight. |

Salvador Camarasa SolaExcellent location (less than 5 min from Termini). It's a huge place -a bit too much for my taste-. |
