Liked: The staff are really friendly, allways helping!!!

Disliked: When we arrived we had to live our luggage in a room, and it wasn't very safe.

Liked: It was clean and well lit, very similar to a college dorm hall.

Disliked: No towels were provided for the shower, and you have to bring your own lock for the lockers in your room.

Liked: Location is great. The breakfast (3 eur) is good. Large rooms and helpful staff. Almost forgot: they gave us FREE PIZZA in 2 of the 3 nights =)

Disliked: My room was dirty, the showers were dirty, toilettes also. I think they clean their facilities once a day (maximum). I missed some space to cook my own food also.

Liked: Great staff, walking distance to all the sights and a train station, very clean, big rooms, hot showers.

Disliked: Limited to one hour of internet a day, breakfast was 3 Euros (but still very big and good).

Liked: All the above & they have a great breakfast which is an additional 3 euros

Disliked: DISLIKED.. limit of 1 hour internet/wifi, the fellow at desk gave me some story of years ago the Italian govt imposed it throughout Italy, re terrorism. Finding out from other travellers this is not true, affiliated and others have no restriction.. even 2-3 hour limit would be better. I would not stay here again because of internet limitation.

Liked: es cerca d la estacion termini,x ende,facil d llegar. tienen un desayuno a 3 euros,pero no se en q consiste xq siempre desayune afuera(x comodidad y tiempo)

Disliked: la zona no es la mejor,si bien es en termini,hay zonas d termini mejores.

Liked: o lugar oferece um bom café da manhã por 3 euros, acho que vale a pena pra quem quer ficar cheio e gastar pouco. é bem localizado

Disliked: o banheiro não é muito limpo, não gostei da atmosfera do lugar, o pessoal não é muito prestativo, não tem area de convivio, realmente não achei que esse albergue tivesse clima, e atmosfera de albergue.

Liked: The people working at the front desk were very helpful and welcoming. They even helped carry up our bags! Good location. Very close to the train station. xx

Disliked: The ladder on my bunk bed was broken. Almost hurt myself.

Liked: Close to the train station. Big dining room.

Disliked: BED BUGS! EVEN HAVE BITES ON MY FACE! They only give you one sheet. You either sleep on a mattress protector or under a blanket that everyone uses before you and is not washed. The bathrooms smell like urine and have bugs in them. We were made to swap rooms mid way through our stay due to "maintenance" but saw a big group check into that room later that night. Others were also made to change. Wi-Fi was so slow a page would take minutes to load and you only get an hour a day, it would also log you out when you open a new link. We just ended up using the internet cafe by the train station. Staff were rude and I actually saw one of the guys yell at a girl and call her stupid. We have stayed at 18 hostels so far on our trip, this is by far the worst!! Our advice is stay ANYWHERE else.

Liked: Convenient walk to Santa Maria Maggiore and Santa Prassede. The bathrooms were fairly clean, but could have been better.

Disliked: There was a bum musician that stayed in our room and would wake up in the middle of the night cursing and thew a piece of bed railing right next to my bed. I realize this isn't the hostel's fault, but he made the stay uncomfortable.

Liked: Spacious room, clean facilities, and friendly staff. Very close to the train station and had no problems finding it. Took a great night walking tour from one of the hotel staff.

Disliked: Only get an hour of wifi a day and breakfast had toast and cereal.....but for the money it was great overall.

Disliked: crappy atmosphere a bit like a hospital... staff not overly helpful seemed like an effort to get anything done... kitchen is onlòy used for storing they dont allow cooking... which for the price is bullshit. shower floors grimey with mould. beds sub standard. all in all a shit hole id never stay here again

Liked: I liked the fact that it was close to the train station and centrally located. I enjoyed the free breakfast, they provided me with breakfast even though I was leaving @ 5am which is before breakfast time.

Disliked: The fact you have one hour limit on internet use, the one asian kid who took his time getting to me when I came to the front desk, the flooding in the showers, the door in the bathroom stall locked on my and the light wasn't working, so I had to break out of the door.

Disliked: The structure of the hostel is very nice, the location is good, but never seen staff so grumpy in my life (I met five of them and I can say that two are exceptions) ...
