Customer reviewThe place was really good value for money. Not only do they provide breakfast but they also provide pasta in the evening. The staff were helpful and friendly but the best part was the ease in meeting new friends. All the sights were in walking distance of the hostel and it is right next to the central station Termini. I recommend this as a great place to stay especially if you enjoy meeting new people. |

Jasmin Rosa AmatoIts really close to the station and to the main sights like forum romanum, colosseum ... the pasta-party was a good opportunity to meet people but it was only a small plate of pasta (not filled). It was a real good place, the only thing to complain: we couldnt open the window and it was so hot!!!!! the guy at the reception said, that its forbidden to open the windows, but i saw other rooms with open windows! |

Customer reviewClean rooms and sanitary facilities. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Ceiling fan in the room. Good place to start from to the sightseeing attractions. |

marcelo bumbelVery nice, friendly staff. Large rooms, close to Termini: buses, trains,etc. Breakfast just average, the bread was hard as rock, though. The downside: the rooms were like 32 degrees Celsius in the night!! Just a small fan. Almost impossible to sleep in the Summer. So, coming to Rome in the Summer, beware of Hostel Alessandro Downtonw! Other than that, a good place for the money, the staff is supppper friendly. |

Nigel MooreNice hostel. Would be nice if the bedrooms had airconditioning but otherwise the facilities are good. Great place to meet people with two large common rooms. The staff are very friendly and helpful too. Would definitely stay here again. |

Customer reviewthe people and business of the hostel are what make this place. proximity to Termini station. Staff member Chris a bit rude at times. No hot showers - needed to request this from reception and the boiler still didnt work late at night. |

Customer reviewIn the summer months, they don't offer free dinner parties. However they do have free dinner and free breakfast most of the year mon-fri. The internet is free for 30 minutes a day and then you can buy extra at a decently low price. The staff is really great and it is a nice place. |
