Liked: It was a pretty decent hostel. Free wi-fi and computers for use in the common room. The bedrooms weren't bad, with showers and bathroom in the rooms and also extras in the hall. The staff were nice and helpful.

Liked: I hope by now the bed bug infestation has been taken care of, I stayed there a week ago and am still recovering from hundreds of swollen, itchy, bites all over my body. It was disgusting to wake up to spots of blood on my sheets and large beetles crawling all over my bedding. The staff were quite apologetic and obliged when I asked for a night's refund but scratching and looking disgustingly diseased for days on end was a pretty disappointing end to my holiday. Also I was assigned to a top bunk which was impossible for me (at 5'3'') to climb up to. Although a ladder was provided it was really flimsy and didnt reach the ground so was completely unstable. However the staff were friendly and accomodating and moved me to a bottom bunk. The location is pretty decent being close to a metro stop and supermarket (which is pretty filthy and smelly) and the internet was alright. Overall (aside from the bedbugs) I wouldnt recommend this place though.

Liked: They had free internet which is a plus. The rooms were clean and the beds were spread out. Also had a small kitchen for guests' use.

Liked: Some of the staff was rude (though some was nice). There was a group of us hanging out and chatting while watching a game of football. The guy that ran the place at the time freaked out on us saying "it's not a club" and wasn't nice about it at all.The place has no character and is basically square though sheets were clean and each bed came with a plug and a light.My third night at the hostel the same guy that freaked out the previous night tried to up the price on me so I told him I'm leaving, I went to the Happy Days hostel and had a way better time and the place had more character.

Liked: we had a nice comfortable stay. my friend was sick so they called for a doctor to come to the hostel for us. we always asked a bunch of questions at the start of the day and they are always willing to help out. they don't like printing out anything for you tho (no confirmation letters for hostels). decent small showers but not enough i guess (one in the room and one in the hallway). kitchen had a small stove but no cookware. they have a mircowave and 2 small fridges. ok wifi and free computers in the kitchen. they have feather down blankets (they feel pretty good). after 10ish you can't make noise or stay in the kitchen, they make you go to the near by park so you don't disturb the neighbours. in general tho we really liked their serivce. we got what we paid for.

Liked: Some staff more friendly than others. Bathrooms small and dirty. Otherwise great for price. No stove in kitchen. Met some really lovely other travellers in this hostel though. Affordable and adequate.

Liked: We stayed there two nights and it was okay. The Hostel is safe and the location (at bologne, 2 metro stations away from termini) great. There were a lots of people you can talk to if you want. But: 23€ for a 12bed dorm WITHOUT breakfast in the morning isnt this good. But it was the cheapest and safest in rome.. ill recommend to stay in this hostel!

Liked: very clean and the staff were very helpful. there was only a microwave to cook in and no hob which made it difficult but the location was good '- right on the main metro line. very clean and friendly .

Liked: Fantastic staff! It was alright as far as hostels go, my only complaint would be the people to bathroom ratio!! Free internet was fantastic but be prepared to wait.

Liked: The staff were able to book us into a pub crawl, making us vip, this was helpful as we decided on it last minute. Also met some great people, and there is a supermarket right next door which is convenient.
