Liked: localisation, very close to metro station

Disliked: Impossible to lock our room : we had to let it open all day with anyone being able to come in..The lock didn't work, so it had to remain open to let other roommates enter... The cupboards were old and not really solid. We had to let the keys at the desk before leaving..

Liked: Very close to a Metro stop, and easy to find. Kitchen is basic but has enough facilities to get by Supermarket just up the road, and a nice bar/cafe about 2 mins away Bathroom was nice and kept clean for the entire stay

Disliked: Bit far from the main centre, but very close to a Metro stop so not really a problem Not sure how secure it is, you leave your key at the desk whenever you leave but to get it back you just ask for whichever key you want, no ID needed, so anyone could theoretically walk in and get into a room. Rooms have lockers so not a massive problem.

Liked: I stayed in a twin room - this was really spacious and came with an en suite bathroom which was a nice surprise! The best thing about this property was the helpfulness of the staff - they were ready to give us advice and recommendations whatever the time of day. There are also no hidden extras (but remember that you have to pay 3 euros for a towel and 2 euros for luggage storage).

Disliked: There was nothing that I disliked, but the twin room was located near the hostel entrance, so we hardly had a chance to bump into anyone staying in the dorms. The other thing was that the air conditioning wasn't air conditioning like when you walk into an icebox - it was more like a cool fan.

Liked: the staff was nice and helpful. The hostel has the atmosphere of a youth hostel and it was possible to meet other people there.

Disliked: The bathrooms were too small, maybe.

Liked: almost everything was amazing!! staff were so helpfull and nice.

Disliked: internet is so slow, and there is no locker , you can put ur luggage in luggage room.

Liked: Right by the metro, even though the metro was down when we were there.

Disliked: There weren't a lot of restaurants in the area, but I recommend the gelato place one block away by the metro stop!

Liked: It is very conveniently located a short walk from the metro stop. The directions given by the hostel in the confirmation email were VERY specific, which was helpful for travelers who are prone to getting lost. The staff was helpful, too; when our flight out of Rome got canceled, they accommodated us for another two nights, no problem. There is also a panini press in the kitchenette!

Disliked: The internet was inconsistent, but that was the only problem we encountered at our stay.

Liked: We met some cool people whilst staying here. Free Internet. Dorm beds are spread apart so you have your own section of the room.

Disliked: Staff werent always that helpful. Couldn't keep our locker key when we left the hostel which was a strange system. Internet is terribly slow and cuts out every 10 minutes.

Liked: the hostel itself was fine.

Disliked: the staff were awful. everything went wrong for me here. firstly, one particular staff member was more interested in talking on his phone to his partner (i assume) than serving me on multiple occasions. they don't accept credit cards but then don't have enough change. after my first night, i asked to be moved form the top bunk to the bottom because i was sick and needed to get up throughout the night. it was such a drama and the staff were not helpful or accommodating. finally after half an hour it was sorted but he was obviously not happy that i wanted such a simple request. then my personal pillowcase and shoes were removed by the cleaner only to take almost 45 minutes of my time to explain they were missing and for them to find them. they told me i have to lock my stuff in the cupboard otherwise they will remove it, which i have NEVER had before. then my yoghurts went missing from the fridge even though i did what was asked by labelling it. they shrugged their shoulders in response and i had to buy more. terrible experience.

Liked: It is a good location hostel with metro station nearby. Very convinient for transportation.

Disliked: two smelly guys slept in the room one night and I cannot sleep at all.

Liked: Booked for a 10 bed dorm and was put in a 6 bed one. Staff are helpful will order pizza for you.

Disliked: Shower was either too cold or too hot, no inbetween.

Liked: Great place! Clean, free internet, GREAT location! The subway stop is literally a one minute walk away, and because it is on the outskirts of the city, prices for food and gelato right outside the hostel are a bit cheaper. There is a super market next door so you can buy food to cook in their kitchen. They have three computers for free internet and the staff is very friendly! Great, great place!

Disliked: Nothing!

Liked: It is really good comunicated, but is far away from the city... you just can arrive with the metro. And a least my room had the bathroom inside the room.

Disliked: They in reality don't offer internet and the "kitchen" just have a microwave and refrigerator, you are not able to cook anything. The personal is not useful... When I arrive was a strike of the metro and they didn't tell me anything... I realized when a policeman told me about it.

Liked: Friendly staff, clean, safe, quiet, good location. Just as described.

Disliked: My only complaint was that the internet was unavailable for the entire stay due to some technical issues. As I had to walk to the nearest internet cafe twice each day and pay for internet this was inconvenient but not terrible - there are two internet points within a 5-10 minute walk from the hostel. All things considered I would stay there again if I find myself in Rome once more.

Liked: The location is quite convenient - just a few metro stations away from the city centre.

Disliked: I booked more than a month ago for a female dorm but when I arrived I slept between 5 men. The staff told me the female dorm were full, I just can't accept this! Toilets were cleaned but the room was not really spotless, also the "lockers" are basically wardrobe with key - but the back of wardrobe is broken and it's at the risk of collapse.

Disliked: They did not allow me to sleep in one room with my friend, inspite of there were 2 free places in my room, and 3 free places in her room.

Liked: It was very tidy and also had a great atmosphere

Disliked: The lockers werent very secure. They would lock, but it would take someone less then a minute to break one open.

Liked: Nothing I like.

Disliked: Staff are extremely bad. Most people who stayed there quarrelled, argued with or complained about them. They refused to accept cards and make you pay by cash, which probably because they want to escape paying for the tax. They gave me sheets already used by the others and refused to give me new sheets when I asked for that. No internet there, very inconvienent. They seperated my friend and I into different rooms though we booked at the same time! And they don't describe their itself honestly!!!

Liked: It was very clean and staff very helpful. Good location

Disliked: I was booked in a female dorm but had to move each day for three days to stay in an all female dorm. No ladder to get into the upper bunk but they moved me into a lower bunk happily enough. One staff was very very slow and unwilling to provide me with a receipt for my stay. They did not warn beforehand it had to be cash payments only.

Liked: The location is good because it's very close to a metro stop, even though it's a bit on the outskirts of the city, and there's also a grocery store nearby. The rooms were clean and the staff--especially during the daytime--was friendly and pretty helpful.

Disliked: It would be better if they had provided breakfast - even if it were just been something small like toast and jam and coffee.
