Liked: The receptionist Kibria was a man who understand you and try to find solutions for unexpected situations.

Disliked: Almost many things and conditions in hostelbookers.com was not real.

Liked: When we complained to the guy in charge (who wasn't the actual manger) and he did help us out as much as he could, but the fact they portrayed the apartment so differently was disappointing. It has a great location.

Disliked: no kettle, no microwave, disgusting smell, small tiny miniscule room with a bunk bed which looks unsafe. They cheekily gave one 'breakfast card' for only one morning when we were staying for 4 nights AND tried to say that only the washing powder was free when it says 'free washing if you stay for 4 nights or more'! After we complained we were moved to a proper apartment with a bathroom which was okay but there was no heating so he gave us a little electric heater. As a result I got chilblains on the first night :-(. Considering that was day 3 of our 14 day backpacking holiday I was not impressed whilst walking to all the beautiful sites of Italy!

Liked: Very good value for money, very taste breakfast and with private bathroom!

Disliked: At nights the zone does not seem to be very good, the recepcionist always was out his office!!!

Liked: Really friendly taff, no wifi but one can use internet for free in the internet cafe, got breakfast, a double apartment cost just 15 euro for each person and for that you get so much

Liked: The location is very near to the train station, and on the same street have many good cafe and restaurant. And the most important thing is, there are 2 halal restaurants which are very good. I got private room on my first night.

Disliked: It was hard to find the place to check in, and finally it is at the laundry shop. And no internet also no breakfast.

Liked: Friendly staff.. Good location.. Free internet and laundry facilities helped..

Disliked: Relatively small room.. Looked like a bunker.. And TOILET was complete mess.. Informed staff about it and hope they will improve the toilet and bathroom showers.

Liked: nothing. close to termini.

Disliked: My room had BEDBUGS. And they asked me not to post anything online otherwise the person who cleaned that room would be fired. Dec 6th 2011 BEDBUGS. also no toilet seat, my bed was a cot, in the room were 3 nasty mattresses and a bed frame propped against the wall, there was the most disgusting stained carpet, and out the window was a view that I legit thought I was living in a ghetto in Detroit or something.

Liked: It was right next Termini, literally 2 minutes from where we got off the Terravision bus. Very useful for our early morning return flight. The room was tiny, but private and comfortable. Breakfast at the corner cafe was included and delicious! Couldn't have asked for a better place for the price!

Disliked: IT was a little loud at night, because there are alot of people out on the street, but not too loud to sleep. Just bring ear plugs if you are sensitive.

Liked: Only location and nothing else.

Disliked: The reception is a laundry shop. It took long time to find it. Room was not clean. No hot shower in the morning. Toilet flush doesnt work. The building and the rooms were very old. We were a group and they gave us rooms in 2 different buildings.

Liked: The Help was very helpful and accomidateing. They have more than enough knowledge on places to see and do. Just ask and they are there for your help. I enjoyed meeting them.

Disliked: I had to leave on a 10:00am flight so to catch a train and check out I wanted to leave a 7:30am so I'd be Good on time. Well They normaly are open around 7am not sure what happened but I waited around till 8:45am and final talk to there neigbor to help check me out. I missed my flight due to there not being someone for check out at a proper hour. I would suggest that they invest in some lockers for there guests.

Liked: Our room was actually an apartment with two rooms and a balcony. The place was very clean, and nicely decorated with a drawing on the wall and heavy curtains, all in an oriental style. Owner of the hostel was very helpful. The room was safe, and located 100m from the Termini station.

Disliked: The hostel reception is in a laundry service, so don't get confused when you first look for it. Our breakfast consisted of a croissant, juice and cappuccino, so we had to have something outside the hostel after that. Kitchen in our room wasn't functional, with the exception of the fridge, which was quite noisy.

Liked: It was central and easy too find. It included breakfast.

Disliked: It was dirty,floors and bathroom. Sheats was clean. And it sad that it included an towel,and it did,but I dident get the towel untill the next day.

Liked: The location is very close to city, just 2 mins walk from the train station. The room was good and the staff is friendly.

Disliked: The breakfast is fixed with a nearby cafe and they don't really have an option for vegetarian.
