Liked: The staff was excellent, they gave us complimentary drinks in the room fridge. The room was very clean and safe for our luggage. The location was only about 300 metres from the central railway station. I highly reccommend it as a place to stay. The only negative was carrying the suitcase up 6 flights of stairs. The staff offered to carry the suitcase of the women.

Liked: Excellent location (3 blocks from the central station - Stazione Termini)!!! Whatever your request might be, the staff (Dursun and Farid) is ready to go that extra mile for you. Rooms are very clean and safe. If you are just looking for a good place to crash after a long day of walking Rossana Guest House is the place to stay. I had a private room with a private bath, AC (important when it is 32°C / 86°F outside), TV, safe, and a small fridge with some drinks (free of charge) for almost the same price of any 6 shared bedroom / shared bath hostel in the area. This place might not have a bar to hang out at night and meet new people, but what do you need one for when the city has plenty of them anyway??!!

Liked: Rossanna House was fantastic! The accommodations were very clean and the location was great for the price. The place is located a couple blocks from termini train station, which most of the buses and trains feed into (as well as the train lines from other cities in Italy). Dursun, the manager, was extremely helpful and very accessible - he went completely above and beyond. I had a huge issue with losing my luggage in Naples and after 3 days and 40 calls I still was getting nowhere with the airline (Alitalia). Dursun volunteered to help, made one phone call, and emailed me and left me a note to say that it was taken care of. Judging by how things were going, I may have never gotten my luggage otherwise. The place was big enough for one person or a couple and the bathroom was great - very clean and well maintained. Great experience overall!

Liked: Very close to terminal Termini with metro station and many line buses. Even thought the building is a little bit old, the rooms are totally reformated and very nice. Staff very friendly. The building has no elevator.
