Liked: Not really a hostel in the traditional sense. My room was in a residential block but it was effective all the same. Good location near to the main transport hub of Rome. Farid, the owner, is a very friendly and helpful man and made me feel very safe. Included breakfast at Bar Roberto was a nice way to start the day surrounded by locals to start the day in an authentic way.

Liked: Great deal! 2 blocks away from the train station.. Staff is extremely friendly. We got upgraded to a better room with a private bathroom for the same price. Room was cleaned while we were gone. Overall a great experience!!

Liked: The last minute deal meant we rented the b&b for cheap! The owner/manager was very helpful and showed us all the areas in the city we needed - he also wanted to make sure everything was working perfectly before he left! Definately wuld stay again :)

Liked: It is a very quiet guest house. My single room was cleaned every day. I got breakfast and 15 min of free Internet every day. But it is not a place, where you can meet other travellers or party.

Liked: its excellen if you want a private room, clean, brand new furnishings, and maid service comes every day! and there are three locked doors between you and the street, so thats nice. beware though, if you want a FUN hostel experience this is not for you. it's a private room, and no contact with neighbors, in a really old apartment building up five flights of stone stairs. the ROOM was excellent though. location was pretty good, pretty close to the main train station 15-20 minute walk from the sites. internet was at an internet cafe like 3 blocks away, and breakfast was coffee and a croissant at a snack-bar 2 blocks away. overall though, good place if you want a hotel room without the hotel part. nice guy who owns it, room itself exceeded our expectations.

Liked: Great location, basic (sufficient) accommodation but no staff onsite to help with enquiries. Free coffee and croissant delivered each morning though!

Liked: More like a bed and breakfast (albeit that the breakfast is coffee/crossaint from around the corner) than a hostel. Dursan is very helpful and the rooms are very nice. The only odd (but not necessarily bad) thing about it is that when you get there you need to call a number to be let in and shown your room, the staff do not stay there. But other than that it is good because its private and basically down to you to come and go as you please.

Liked: Its a great location both for getting to and as a base for seeing Rome from. The room was large, clean and bright. The very warm welcome from the staff on arrival was lovely.

Liked: It is not really a hostel, but the rooms are in some kind of public appartment building. Nice room with very nice bathroom and huge shower. Nice owner. Simple breakfast at a wonderfully Italian place called Bar Roberto!

Liked: the room was nice and clean. position was great, close to Termini train station where bus, underground and trains of course, stop anytime.the room is in an old building. your neightbours are common people living in rome. Full immersion in "romans" living. :o)
