Liked: We got an appartement instead of a private double room, which was 4 blocks away from rossana. It was just awsome and we saved alot of money on food cause we had access to an oven, fridge,freezer. The manager was extremely kind and generous. Near metro station termini and supermarket / internet

Liked: Absolutely beautiful, spacious, updated, clean apartment, a 10 minute walk from the central train station, in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of cafes, bars, restaurants catering to students staying in the area. Fully equipped kitchen if you want to store food or even cook a full meal. Washer, TV (all shows dubbed into Italian). Staff was extremely nice, helpful, and responsive. Highly recommended.

Liked: 5 minutes to Termini Station and also near to the University. The room was small but very clean. Had a little window to the interior of the building. Very peaceful. The room had a closet, a TV, a fridge and a safe. Everyday someone came to make the bed and the towels were changed. Breakfast is on a bar in the street behind. Very good for one person, visiting the city in work or travel.

Liked: I stayed with my two other friends in a private room. The owner offered us to stay in another hotel of his own actually by the time we arrived Roma, as there was something inconvenient about the actual hostel. So I can comment on that hotel..The 3 star hotel was just one street down and it was way better than I expected. Clean room, air conditioning, clean bathroom and a good nights sleep..The location is great, very central and walking distance to main sights. Also Termini station is just 6-7 min walk away. The staff was very helpful and we had free breakfast and 15 min. of free internet every day.

Liked: Upon arriving I was a little unsure of the place as it didn't look like a hostel from outside and the stairways up to the room was dark and old. But I called the owner as I had arrived late, and he was there very promptly within 3 minutes and he showed me the room. It was very nice, newly done up, and very secure and the friendiness of the staff was greatly appreciated. I also found that the brief meetings I had with other guests that they were all very friendly and there was a nice atmosphere. I would definately recommend this place as it was hard to find a place of such good location, standard and value in Rome.

Liked: Extremely clean and well presented, beds were very comfortable, room was well equipped with refrigerator, TV, hair dryer, it felt more like a hotel than a hostel. Very pleased with our stay, will definitely recommended it and will go back to it. Great location two blocks away from Roma Termini train station, can go everywhere from there.

Liked: Rossana guest house was very close to Termini station. Not much signage but wasn't too hard to find. Was very clean inside. Would recommend to anyone who prefers more private accommodation apposed to hostels. No facilties such as internet but found internet one block from guest house.

Liked: I called just a few hours before to ask if it was ok that we arrived a few hours later than planned, and there was no problem at all. When we finally arrived, the owner came to meet us, as we had some trouble finding the place, and we even got a room with a bathroom for just 5 more euros per night, as someone had just cancelled their booking :)The room was cleaned every day, and we got breakfast at a café just around the corner.
