Liked: Location near trainstation

Disliked: neighborhood around termini, breakfast wasnt very good. Prices in rome are pretty high.

Liked: Mr. Sabino and his son are very friendly and helpful. We stayed 2 nights at Blues B&B and ours was a triple ensuite. The room is spacious and clean enough. The location is good, it takes approx 10 mins walk from the train station platform 29 exit. It's also close to the Colosso (15 mins walk). Overall it's very good for budget travellers. Once again, we thanked Sabino so much and hope his wife will get well very soon.

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Wonderfull family!! Good room with a lot of space. We could have breakfast at any time, like 5 a.m.

Disliked: The location was not the best, but we didn't had any problem!

Liked: The owners are really friendly and helpful and really made our time here. They went out of their way to be friendly and help us get the most out of our trip to Rome. The location is fantastic only 5 min walk from Termini and 20 min walk to the Colesseum and other sights.

Disliked: The neighbourhood isn't the nicest but it is what you would expect being so close to the main train station. Breakfast is basic but nice and the rooms are quite basic but they are really clean and spaciouse, everything that you need really.

Liked: The owner was very helpful showing us how to get around Rome. He even took us to a restaurant 2 blocks away in the rain on our first night at 11pm. Breakfast was buffet style with even fresh fruit. The decor was traditional Italian and very well kept.

Disliked: There was nothing to dislike!

Liked: This is a quiet guesthouse with little rooms and with its own bathroom, and little fridge and the breakfast was typical Italian.:) The place was near to Termini station so pretty good location to everywhere with public transport. The owner was really helpful. I can just suggest you.:)

Disliked: Nothing. It's perfect value for your money.

Liked: The location(we walked on foot for the better part of Rome), the staff- very friendly and helpful, catering to our every need. We also found the area tp be very quiet and safe, with lots of excellent restaurants and an amazing gellateria- the oldest(and best in this reviewer's opinion) in Rome(be sure to check everything out). Lovely choice for a lovely city. Be sure to ask Sabino, the owner, all about where to eat&such.

Disliked: Not really a place where you go to meet other people and there weren't many discos/etc around.

Liked: The hospitallity of our hostfamily. They were very helpfull and showed us how to get from place to place with both metro, bus and trams. You could always get help. It was a plus that the owner and host Sabino could speak english. It makes it easier to communicate and get help. The property is not easy to find, but if you tell Sabino when you arrive, he will make sure to look for your coming. The god thing is, that Blues is close to Termini stazione and you can make alot of attractions by foot. 15 min. or less it took us to walk to the Colloseum and what els is near by. To get to Trevi Fountain and the spanish steps or the vatikanstate, two metrostops was close by only about 5-7 min. The rooms was very clean, Sabino cleaned them every day and there is fresh towels. The rooms had a nice size and there was a private bathroom in each room. Very friendly stay and they kind of made you feel like a part of their family. We will defintly come here for a stay again.

Liked: The staff is very friendly and helpful, we really felt like being home. Our room was large, and cleaned every day, also the sheets and towels were changed regularly. The environment is peaceful and lovely.

Disliked: The breakfast could be a bit more varied

Liked: breakfast and location. it was near Rome Termini and we walked rome everyday. We didnt need to use metro or bus. And the best Gelateria is really close(app.3 min by walk) that we went there every evening to taste it, which was fantastic. Sabino was nice to us. He welcomed us and gave us information about rome. He cleaned our room and it felt like i was in hotel.

Disliked: nothing special.

Liked: Very helpful owners who explained everything about the city, gave us the map and even showed us the best places to go as we had a short time. Very good location specially for those taking the train, which can be reached on foot.

Liked: When we're sad to leave a property we know that means it was wonderful and we WERE so sad to leave! The owners are absolutely wonderful. At one point I had to exchange a purse I bought for a different color. When I asked him how to tell the store this in Italian he said, "I'll walk you there and tell him in Italian for you!" And he did. It meant alot to me. The rooms are very clean as well. I would definetely stay here again. Location was close to all the major sites and places such as Vatican City were just a Metro ride away. The Metro and train stations are both about a 10 minute walk from the B&B!

Liked: Everything about this place was great. The owner was warm and friendly and helped us find some nice restaurants to eat at during our stay. The bedrooms were fantastic - really spacious and clean. The rooms were quiet and the location was great. This was by far the best place we stayed at during our Europe trip and we would highly recommend it to others.

Disliked: Looking from outside the building, we didn't think it'd be nearly as nice as it was. The bathrooms could have been a little bigger and we did have some minor issues with the hot water.

Liked: Room was spacious, host was friendly. The room was clean and well kept.

Disliked: Location - a bit too far from the centre. Not many shops, cafes in the area either. The water was cold on two mornings. No basic toiletries provided.

Liked: Host and hostess were incredibly helpful and friendly; We stayed during Christmas and they even shared part of their Christmas dinner with us! Unlike another place where we stayed in Rome, I felt safe in the neighborhood and trusted the staff. I think Blues B&B could rightfully charge more than they do for an average nights stay. Great experience.

Disliked: It took a bit of time (5 min) to get to the nearest metro line, and the TV stations were all on Italian. :)

Liked: Everything. The owner Sabino is extremely helpful and patient to talk with customers. The breakfast and cleaning of rooms is well organized. The rooms are very spacious with own bathrooms, which is great. I would strongly recommend this place for couples and friends who can stay in double rooms. The lift is quite funny. Its from old times. Dont forget to try it.
