Liked: Very helpful staff, massimo is great, cooking pasta from time to time. Kitchen better than in other places. Value for money. The hostel is an apartment with 3 bedrooms so even if we have the space we need we are not too numerous e.g. For kitchen use. I find this 20 beds concept interesting. I hope others will have the same idea.

Disliked: location is too far from the center for me but the subway is close. And if you want to go to old via appia, museums in "eur" borough or st paul basilica, the location is perfect. The credit card system didnt work.

Liked: Great price and staff, big room, nice showers, free dinner and good location, very close to the subway station. I didn't use the kitchen, but it was ok. Would definitely stay there again.

Disliked: Paulo Alberto left no negative feedback.

Liked: the prize, it was quite spacious, close to the metro station, and also very quiet

Liked: Great hostel with amazing staff, very friendly environment. They also had free dinners 2 of the 5 nights I was there. Fairly close to the metro station from which you can get to everywhere in Rome.

Disliked: Kendall left no negative feedback.

Liked: It was pretty easy to find, and the metro station was really close to it,so it was very easy to move around the city. They had free dinner every now and then for all the hostel, so that made it very easy to meet new people.

Disliked: The kitchen is lacking some basic things to make it easier to cook there, like an oven, plates and such. But all in all is a really good hostel.ç

Liked: The kitchen was really good, with stove, microwave and refrigerator. The ambient was really good! Free wifi and one computer to access the internet for guests for free. :) Close to the subway.

Disliked: It had only one pot to cook for the all hostel!

Liked: The staff is wonderful! They do their job wonderfully and go above and beyond the call of duty. Location is far from the city, but close to the metro and a 15 min journey to all the attractions. They even make free dinner every other day. Francesco and Massimo were very helpful and kind. My favorite thing about the hostel is Massimo's epic beard--THIS IS SPARTA!!!!!

Disliked: The Canadian roommates that were obnoxious and loud--not the hostel's fault--blame Canada.

Liked: Felt at home in this small hostel. The owners definitely make you feel welcome and if a hostel is what your looking for i would definitely recommend. I had read this was far out but It is only 15 minutes away from the attractions so there was no issue at all.

Liked: TwinCities (Rome) is the friendliest, coziest and cleanest hostel I've ever been to. Francesco, his wife, and Massimo go all the way to make you comfortable and informed. The bathrooms are cleaned daily and showers are hot; there is a kitchen and dining room, garden, computer with free internet access, plenty of sockets to charge gadgets, rack for hanging clothes, and lockers. Not to mention the social dinner "every other day", which is a great opportunity to meet other guests! The area is quite nice and the complex is very safe. It is a 5 min walk from Basilica San Paulo Metro station, and it only takes 15 min to get to the Colosseum. TwinCities is the first hostel I've been to where I wouldn't mind staying a lot longer!!

Disliked: Make sure you know the closing times for Metro lines A and B (they're different) and the night buses and where to catch them

Liked: Very unique atmosphere, communal feel. I was able to meet and hang out with other travelers at the hostel. Family dinner was nice!

Disliked: Hard to spot from the street unless you know the address number.

Liked: The staff was so friendly and accommodating! Massimo and Francesco are eager to help you with any questions/problems you may have and on the weekends there is free pasta/pizza! We enjoyed our stay very much and despite the location (a little far from the center) it is a VERY good value.

Disliked: The location on one hand is relatively quiet, but pretty far from the city center. However, the metro station is barely a 10 minute walk away.

Liked: The staff are incredible, and really go out of their way to help everyone and create a warm, friendly environment. I felt at home staying there. There are lots of bathrooms, and they're always pretty clean. Secure building in a nice area, not far from the metro and with a grocery store and food places nearby. Great value for money.

Disliked: Nothing really! Maybe they could use a few more dishes in the kitchen, but that's about it!

Liked: Its definately worth staying! Frantzesko ia amazing and he help with anything you want. Another thing I liked, is that the stuff will sit down and to you, get to know you in a personal level. Grazie ragazzi/a :)

Liked: Wonderful host Massimo, so funny and sweet. Helpful too. No bedbugs. Very clean. New sheets and new duvet covers each time. Friendly atmosphere Amazing gelato place nearby (Viola Rosso, along the walk from the metro) Close to metro (about 10 minutes walk)

Disliked: Lockers exist but only the top one is secure (ie. any locker above another one will access all the items in the locker below it.)

Liked: o gerente é muito simpatico,faz jantar todos os dias gratis muito bom,pasta.O ambiente ao jantar é muito bom.. Havia muitos estudantes e um ou otro homem com muito mau aspecto mas isso nao depende do hostel.pode mos fazer o cafe que quisermos gratis e o jardim e muito fixe

Disliked: nao tem cofre,nem cafifo.as portas dos quartos taum sempre abertas (alem de haver mais 5 pessoas no quarto),axo muito perigoso deixar valores no quarto,

Liked: We stayed here for 2 nights in a private room and we loved its balcony. The staff, especially Massimo was very helpful. On the first evening he prepared a delicious italian dinner for the all guests of the hostel. They were very helpfull all the time. Cleaninliness was perfect.

Disliked: We loved everything.

Liked: It was in a great location, not far from the metro station and once on the metro it was only a 5 minute ride to the colosseum. It was always clean and tidy.

Disliked: There wasn't anywhere to lock away your suitcase so we had to take our valuables i.e passports, ipods etc.
