Liked: The staff is not only very helpful but also quite friendly. Rooms are cleaned everyday. Kitchen is quite good. The wifi WORKS! I definitely recommend it.

Disliked: The only problem, which is an important one, the rooms close to the reception are noisy. I mean not the rooms but outside of the room because they are both very close to the kitchen and reception especially room 101. However, THEY CLOSE THE KITCHEN AT 11 PM. So, I still recommend this hostel.

Liked: great hostel, breakfast every day, on monday we have a great dinner with pizza and wine.... if i coming again in Rome, i will stay here again!!! Great people at reception desk... greeting from Serbia!!!

Disliked: only place where we put our bags before leaving hostels...

Liked: Nothing

Disliked: There was no hot showers, this is a big issue, at certain times, there isn't even WATER. Staff was unfriendly and rude at check in counter, they did not care much to be friendly and helpful at all. Breakfast was TERRIBLE, SUPER TERRIBLE, they might as well NOT PROVIDE ANY. Of so many hostels that I have stayed in for my numerous trips in Europe, this was the ABSOLUTE WORST. One of my worst experiences. The only redeeming factor was that it is quite conveniently located.

Liked: Large room and good value for money. Great location and free wine and pizza the night we arrived.

Disliked: We were at the alternate location (round the corner) so probably missed out on some atmosphere. Shower was quite small.

Liked: Very nice hostel with friendly staff, especially the receptionists from Romania and Poland. Close to... everything:D Very good coffee and nice initiatives.

Disliked: Muntean left no negative feedback.

Liked: Nice location, price, and atmosphere. It is clean.

Disliked: Breakfast is not that good but it is understandable.

Liked: Freedom traveller was close to the train station, and offered a cheap meal deal for travellers and a close by restaraunt.

Disliked: The reason I would not recommend this property is it was very dirty. There was never soap, and rarely toilet paper in the washrooms (we stayed for 3 nights).

Liked: Great location close to termini and nice people working there.

Disliked: We were put in a separate building away from the actual hostel and our bathroom had no hot water once while we were there and complained 3 times and it didn't get fixed. No shower for 3 days is not ideal. The reception was very friendly and did compensate and apologized. Have been to worse places and it would have been just fine with hot water.

Liked: place was clean, and the dorms where spacious.

Disliked: the guy who is most often in the reception (he seems to be the manager or the owner) is very unfriendly. I arrived at 9:30pm, he had left for another place for 15 minutes and he didn't even put a sign saying "I'll be back". So I was outside the door, in a quite shitty neighborhood for 15 minutes, calling and nobody would answer. I didn't know whether I should look for a new place at that time or not. And he didn't even care in telling me "sorry" when he was back. Two days later, some guys came in at 11pm, while he was doing some minor repairs in the door, and he kept them waiting to do the check in while he finished what he was doing, as if people arriving late at night wouldn't matter. You cannot borrow the padlocks, you have to buy them. And the only ones they have for sale they're some tiny, very easy to break "made in china" completely unsafe ones, and for 3 euros! Breakfast is a joke, the worst croissant in my life and burnt coffee.

Liked: The location is very close to the Termini and is convenient. The beds are comfy and the rooms are pretty big. Our favorite part was the wine and pizza party where we got to meet other people staying in the hostel. We also loved the free computers, wifi and the book exchange. The staff weren't very friendly, but they were knowledgeable about the area.

Disliked: The hostel is very loud at night. There's a lot of noise outside and inside. We also had to be out of the room at 10 every morning for cleaning.

Liked: The staffs are very nice and help full and I love free pizza offering, even I did not have a chance to have it..lol The quad room is quite large and we have big window so we can see outside and we can get fresh air. Clean bath room and 24 hours hot water, and very near to the train station and bus station so I really enjoy my stay there

Disliked: the internet only untill 00:00 so when you have something must do with the internet and need to work late, you just can not do it

Liked: Nice breakfast included. Nice location very close to train station.

Disliked: The kitchen and room are not as spacious as described. Everything is in different building, reception, rooms and breakfast are all separated. Showers can't keep pressure. The staff were only as friendly enough as they need to be, I felt like they didn't really want to be there and didn't provide any information about the city. The luggage storage is actually a shed.

Liked: Hostel perto de tudo, muito central e que permite desde a estação Termini ir a todos os lugares. O atendimento é bom. Tem cozinha boa.

Disliked: Não gostei dos chuveiros, deveriam estar mais limpos, brancos e deveriam ter mais suportes para se pendurar as coisas, refiro-me aos dormitórios que têm os as casas banho fora do quarto, pormenores que são baratos e não custa resolver. OK?

Liked: The staff were very friendlich and gave us useful hints what is best to visit, where the cheapest supermarket is and so on. The location is perfect, it is very close to Termini and the Bus Shuttle to Airplane and a good starting point for all visits!!

Disliked: The bathrooms are very very old, sometimes smelly and dirty and too less for the guests who have to share them.

Liked: location was within walking distance to many sights, and close to metro station. free breakfast and pizza party was also a bonus. rooms are clean and decent sized.

Disliked: very big property spread over two buildings so a little disjointed, staff were helpful enough but never overly friendly.

Liked: NOTHING

Disliked: BE CAREFUL ! BED BUGS !!!! I'VE WOKE UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT BEEING TOTALLY BITTEN BY BUGS. I WENT STRAIGHT AWAY TO THE RECEPTION DESK AND ASK THE GUY TO TRANSFER ME TO OTHER ROOM. WHEN I SHOWED HIM HOW BADLY I WAS BITTEN HE SAID THAT THIS IS MOSKITOS AND THEY DON'T HAVE ANY BUGS. WHEN I SAID THAT THEY CAN DO SOMETHING WITH THIS BED TO PROTECT OTHER TRAVELLERS HE STARTED TO LAUGH AND SAID THAT " WE'RE NOT STUPID". hE WAS EXTREMLY RUDE AND UNHELPFUL. I HAD TO LEAVE HOSTEL IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT WITHOUT ANY OTHER ACCOMODATION . HE EVEN DIDN'T TRY TO CONTACT OTHER HOSTELS AROUND TO HELP SOMEHOW. WORST HOSTEL EXPERIENCE EVER !!! THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU'LL DECIDE TO STAY HERE .

Liked: Location is great, quite close to Termini (main Rome's train, metro and bus station), the area is plenty of restaurants, shops... Staff is friendly and helpful. The private rooms are in a close building from the hostel (but it wasn't a problem for us) and the daily cleaning service.

Disliked: We booked a private twin room with shared bathroom. The room was very small and it will be better if the bath were separate from the toilet. The breakfast isn't abundant, don't expect much for free!
