Customer reviewlocation is not that far from Termini station but it's really hard to find. there's no signboard for the hostel. so, we should check every door to find. and breakfast and dinner were so so... the most important point is, all staffs don't know (or forget) how to laugh. |

OSMAR DI LALLO QUEIROZThe hostel doesn't have lockers. I needed to ask the reception staff to keep my laptop and passport. The building is really old. The hostel must renew everything. The staff is ok but not always smiling. If you don't have a little bit of money to stay in another place that's ok stay there. Location is nice but cleanliness is not so nice... |

Jason SamsairTop location and value. Rooms and facilitles are older and dated, but yet very clean and suitable for a short stay. Free internet and outdoor patio were great, however two of the bathrooms had issues with the toilet seats staying on. Was not a big issue as there were other bathrooms to use. Restaurants and metro/train station within a quick 2 minute walk. |

Rachel ThompsonThe best thing about this hostel was the free pizza and beer which was a really nice thing for them to do, the staff behind the desk were also friendly and the breakfast provided was great. The cleanliness of the bathrooms and kitchen was a bit plus, however our room was filthy. The kitchen area was well equipped but I think its a bit much to advertise american coffee but only have espresso cups (the coffee was delicious though). For a cheap hostel you do get quite a bit. Main problem for us was that our room was in another building, and the cleaner kept going into our room and opening our window leaving the place vulnerable to theft all day and night while we were out. There was no locker. She also sat and watched us eat breakfast every morning which was off putting, and when 'cleaning' our room went through our stuff, spilled a cup of tea and wiped it up with our towel. Not impressed by this. In terms of the room I guess you get what you pay for, but it really was gross. |

hui xieThis is one of best hostel I ve ever been. Great location, free WIFI (also some desktops for the customers), nice staff, and more important, there is a free Pizza and beer Party every Tuesday! The pizza is just as delicious as the staff told me. Also, you can leave your luggage at the luggage room for free. We checked out in early morning, but our camera ran out of the battery in the afternoon when we traveled around the city center. Thanks to the facilities provided by the hostel, we charged the camera in the hostel's kitchen. The staff was always ready to help you. Everything was wonderful! |

James NortonThe hostel certainly has a certain charm about it but really lets itself down on cleanliness. The location was good. It's close to the main railway station, subway, restaurants and super market. The kitchen, free internet and outdoor area are good. Unfortunately our bathroom smelt like a dead animal was rotting in the wall and every morning we woke up with bites from either bed bugs or flea's! Because of this I would not recommend staying at this hostel. |
