Liked: The office is located around the corner from where we stayed but it wasnt a big deal. We enjoyed the rooms very spacious, good bathroom and showers. Nice to have a kitchen to use. Staff friendly and willing to help accomodate your needs.

Liked: Good location,v close to Termini station and near places to eat, supermarket etc so convenient. Also free internet, and good kitchen/nice breakfast! Rooms were good but hostel is separated into different buildings & ours was still "under construction" so not the best atmosphere - also hard to meet people, very little opportunity for socialising, no common room/bar etc. Staff were helpful and informative however but overall not amazing value for money or the best hostel that we stayed at.

Liked: It was very hot in our room and somewhat noisy in the halls. Shower was not very clean. Good thing was that we got free pizza and beer on tuess when we were there, and there was free internet.

Liked: Freedom Traveller Hostel was far from the best that i have stayed at. Its location is the main thing it has going for it. The main building where reception is and where breakfast is held is nice but the hostel is separated into several buildings. if youre not staying in the main building the amenities are not the same. When we arrived we were shown to our room and it has a big pool of water on the floor. we complained about this and were told the cleaning ladies probably left it there and were shown where the mop was. the next day a pool even bigger had appeared. there was a leaking pipe which we reported and nothing was done. we asked for extra towels then and were told the hostel doesnt replace towels during the stay. after complaining about the leak again we were given towels but nothing was done about the leak. found staff unhelpful. never went to breakfast as it was in the other building so i cant comment on that. the building are close together but we just felt removed from it. to phrase it in shorter version found it only mediocre.

Liked: Positive Aspects- Free internet - Full Kitchen and fridge, dishes, glasses etc at your disposal as long as u wash then after u use them- Next to Supermarket ant metro Termini- Staff very helpful with giving info and very friendly- Good free brakfastNegative Aspects- Hostel is divided into 3 different buildings, so u might be separated from friends, but anyway each building is a 1 minute walk from each other so i was not bad.- Construction going on in the building I stayed so a bit noisy at 9 30 am if u wanted to sleep or in a hang over, but anyways I was in rome to see it not to sleep in it so thanks to the noisy construction workers :)

Liked: Great staff, big lockers, free wi-fi, lovely garden area, large rooms. Kitchen could use more cups. Bathroom in main building laid out strange; needs hooks in shower stalls and counter space. Kitchen needs more cups and storage for dry goods. Would also be better if people had a place to socialize after midnight (common room?), instead of socializing in my room until 1:30 AM. Other than that, no complaints.

Liked: Will and co were great. Pity not one central location for more involved events but that also has its advantages too. No lockers but you would need to go through up to 4 sets of keys to get to your room, so secure from non guests. 1 of 2 showers (for 3 dorm rooms) broken the first night but was fixed the next.
