Liked: I felt really safe and there are a lot of other Americans there who helped me figure out how to get places.

Disliked: After every shower, there was a lot of water on the bathroom floor.

Liked: It was very close to termini station but wasn't right on the busy street. Also, the staff was very nice and helpful with directions and questions.

Disliked: The breakfast was minimal and not like other hostels I've been to. It's not worth waking up for.

Liked: Close to Termini station. Breakfast is good. Select nights free beer and pizza (got there right on time for that). Satellite TV in main area makes for good soccer match watching with other sports fan. 2 computers with internet. Very helpful staff. Clsoe to supermarket and BNP Bank. Met a bunch of good people.

Disliked: Far from pretty much everything (Vatican, Colosseum, Pantheon, etc.) Rooms are 3 floors up from main area. Need to look into re-doing outdated bathroom/showers.

Liked: We were in a room across the road from the hostel, this was very quiet and the room was great and included a bathroom. this is a pleasant hostel and would definitely stay here again. highly recommend it.

Liked: I was in a double room in a building around the corner from the main hostel, so can't comment much on the activities the hostel ran. However my room was clean and the shared bathroom was also.

Disliked: Although it doesn't appear that way, you can hear what is going on in the other four rooms. Wasn't Impressed being woken up nearly every night to people talking in the corridors or their rooms, and on more morning, to people having sex. Maybe the staff need to remind guests to be quiet. I wasn't told when I arrived that others would be able to hear me. Perhaps even carpet in the rooms may soften the noise instead of the marble like tiles. Not a bad issue, but for the price, I would have liked a decent nights sleep. Would still recommend, however keep this in mind when booking!

Disliked: There was no common room to meet new people, just the small kitchen.

Disliked: The room facing the street is very noisy

Liked: Good location very near the train station, comfortable beds and breakfast included in the price. Sky tv and ensuite in our room.

Disliked: There are 2 buildings but 1 reception so if you're staying in the other building you have to go all the way to the main one for breakfast and if you have any problems. Also very expensive for what it was.

Liked: The location is extremely close to the Termini (main) station, so Metro access is very convenient to the majority of sites within the city. At most it's a ten minute walk.

Disliked: In two separate bathrooms, a toilet and a shower clogged (neither because of me!) on the second and third days of my stay. I'm not sure if either was fixed quickly as I didn't go back to use that afterwards.

Disliked: It was pretty dirty - esp the bathrooms, bunk beds were pretty uncomfortable and a mixed dorm was not really what I expected.

Liked: Facilities good, very good 'help yourself' free breakfast - coffee tea cereal croissants. Nice beds, clean, air con- but definately not a party hostel- quiet atmospere for the serious sight-seers

Liked: Free bottle of wine on arrival! Facilities were also really good. Close to tram stop and main train station.

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: I found the place easily enough and it was close to the main train station... and to some free to see ruins... free internet was OK Wifi in the rooms came in handy.And the guys at the local Laundry gave me a great price to "wash n dry n fold" for being at freedom..

Disliked: Don't eat the long life Croisants.... they litterally have thousands in boxes.. No night life at the hostel...You just sleep there. The beds are roll aways:(

Liked: The rooms were large, clean, the staff helpful, with free internet stations, large kitchen, etc. They have female-only rooms, and the rooms were quiet.

Disliked: Nothing. It was a great experience.
