Liked: It is a very nice place to relax. It is a small world inside Italy. Everything is available inside this. But those who want to visit the city, this is not the place to stay, as it is far away from the Rome city. It consumes most of the time in travelling alone and after 9.00 there are no transportation to this place, but for those who want to relax , this place is affordable.

Disliked: There are no lights in the evening, which is little bit scary and there are chances of losing way in the dark, it would be nice if there are some more street lights inside the club.

Liked: Nice and clean place to spend night, but it's more better in summer probably.

Disliked: Distance from the city centre.

Liked: The supermarket, bar/hang out area, nice restaurant with good food, the wild pigs.

Disliked: The floor in our bungalow was creaky, but it wasn't really a big deal. Overall is was a nice stay.

Liked: very clean, nice rooms and bathrooms. only problem was I thought the breakfast was free for individual travelers, and it wasn't so i was really hungry! other than that it was great, people were fun it's just kinda far from city but easily accessed by train

Liked: The location was excellent and the transport links to the railway station and the beach were very efficient and travel into Rome hassle free and very cheap. We liked the swimming pools and the easy going atmosphere of the place.

Disliked: The opening times of Funky Pizza and shop were vague but we presumed that this was because it was near to the end of the high season

Disliked: loud as the disco was on until late , the staff were not so polite, the girl at the reception was talking to me suddenly went to play with a dog while my work was not yet finished....

Liked: nice and quite place, cheap rate.near the beach. it is very good for those who want to travel in a group. free shuttle bus service from the train station to the hotel.

Disliked: far from the city.i will recommend to stay in the city.

Liked: Cozy. Restaurant near by which was pretty good. The place is like a camp site. It is a camp site. We only stayed here 1 night before going to the airport as this was close by. So, can't say much.

Disliked: Didn't stay long enough to experience anything.

Liked: In a nice surroundings - forest, sea, swimming pool

Disliked: Noise!!! A lot of teenagers shouting each other until 1 am ! Some of them were drunk - not so safety.

Liked: It was calm and relaxing. I had everything there, supermarket, pool, restaurant.

Disliked: It was hard to get back to the hostel at night. and to sandy so my clothes got very durty.

Disliked: distance to touristic sites is 60-75 minutes, you have to pay for wifi and sheets (not cotton)

Liked: in pine trees, regular shuttle service to train st, luca and bulgarian receptionists and the price.

Disliked: i had to change room after 3 nights, some reception staff were more royalist than roi!

Liked: the fact that it is a resort, with swimming pool, club, chill out area, free shuttle bus to rome and paid bus to the airports, supermarket, tennis courts with different ways to experience life in the woods - tents, shared dorms or in bungalows.

Disliked: although there is alot to do, the site should say when the quieter months are. i booked this resort thinking it would be lively, it was very quiet. i went to the disco "kasbah" and there were around 10 youths in there no older than 17; i'm in my mid 20s. neither did i see many people on the resort. i did not like the fact that there was a bbq grill which youre only allowed to use if you are grilling meat - youre not allowed to grill vegetables or fish on the grill. there are no kitchens to use, the only places to eat are the restaurant - which does serve meals 3 times a day, but i like to prepare my own meals. so as i had nowhere to cook i had to survive on sandwiches for breakfast dinner and lunch. also the fact that you have to buy bedsheets for 2.50euros indicates something is wrong with the bed linen, and it is true. they were dirty in the shared bungalows, and the large blankets to cover yourself with, smelled of people so i doubt they were washed regularly. when i booked the resort i thought i was getting a good deal - spent 3 nights in a shared dorm at 6 euros a night. paid 1.80euro on hostelbookers, and thought i would only be paying the outstanding balance of 16.20 euros on arrival. when i got there i had to buy a padlock for the locker in my room, had to pay the rome tourist tax, had to buy bedlinen, tokens for using the laundrette on site and washing powder...so ended up paying in excess of 30 euros. plus yes there is a free shuttle bus from the resort to c.colombo station and back, but the effort required to get into rome, you might as well stay in rome if you're visiting rome.

Liked: Very cheap and would be amazing in high season unfortunately went at low season and a lot of places on site were closed. Chill out area is amazing with hammocks and jacuzzi in the evening, the location is quite far out but it only cost 1 euro each way into the centre of rome. Beach nearby is lovely and you can either use the free shuttle bus there or the shuttle bus to the station take you about a 15min walk away from the beach. Shuttle bus runs every half an hour and is well timed with the trains we rarely waited more than 5 mins for a bus/train except when we first arrived (check the shuttle bus timetable as there is no info at the station about it!)

Disliked: Takes just under an hour to get to centre of rome (not 35 mins as it says)

Liked: The staff were very helpful. We were put in a bungalow near to a 'party area' which didn't suit us as people were climbing on our roof, shouting and arguing with security until early in the morning. However when we complained reception moved us quickly into a bungalow closer to where all the italians have their cabains which was alot quieter. The restaurant was very good, tasty and good value. The bus shuttle to the station was very useful, as was the shuttles you could book for the airport transfer.

Disliked: This place would suit other people but it wasn't right for me. It would suit people wanting to party, not those who want to relax after busy days out it Rome. The bungalows are very basic, and none of them come with double beds. It is too far outside of Rome. The website says 40 minutes but it is more like an hour using public transport. We went at the very beginning of September and half the site was closed, including the big pool and all the stuff around it.
