Liked: Met a fellow traveler who also liked the "summer-camp" feel of it. No bugs! There was a public tran strike and the pool was being worked on, but we still had a great time. The transit service was great and reliable for our group...27 total students & staff.

Disliked: One kind of brusque young man behind the desk. No A/C, but the windows opened gave good relief during the night.

Liked: I liked how it was more than just a hostel-it was like a little community with a supermarket, bar, restaurant, swimming pool etc, and all for a very good price!

Disliked: The shuttle services to the station, and to the airport were very helpful, I just think it would be better if the shuttle service to the airport began a bit earlier in the morning.

Liked: This was a neat little hideaway just outside of Rome, but still very accessible. It was a nice alternative to the city - we had a great beach day to break up our sightseeing - and was a very comfortable stay. There were a lot of tourists, but you also feel like you're vacationing amongst Italian families too, which was lovely. Staff was friendly and helpful (and hilarious) and we couldn't have asked for more!

Disliked: It got quite noisy at night so if you have young kids or are looking for a quiet retreat, this may not be the best.

Liked: Although it is not in the city centre, but it was not difficult and expensive to get to the place. Rooms are OK, there are a market and a restaurant what is very convenient. Also it was great to go to the seaside.

Disliked: Officially stated check in time should be longer at least for an hour as it takes some time to get from the city centre.

Liked: huge park of bungalows with a lot of people to meet, free bus to lido ostia, great value for money

Liked: Very little!

Disliked: Not so much the property, but the way I was treated. I was on a spiritual retreat, and was tired after getting off the plane. I was put in a room with 3 teenagers getting drunk - very unsuitable; when I returned to reception, I was treated with a blank stare, and furthermore not given a refund of 10 euros to go towards another room, nor was I informed of other room options. In the end, I paid another 50 EUROS for the VIP option, and felt conned. Ideally, I could have been put in another dorm with other people on the retreat, and not spent an extra 50 euros - SO FOR FUTURE RETREATS, CAN THE "RATU BAGUS" PEOPLE BE PUT IN ROOMS TOGETHER? It seems the obvious solution... On the positive side, I did have a good night's sleep, and greatly enjoyed my 10 days at Castelfusano. Thank you...

Liked: The place is amazingly huge.. with lots of options... things to do, and see.

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: The place is a campsite with all sorts of bungalows. The bungalows are very cosy and they are cleaned everyday! There are lockers in the rooms to put valuables in, but it was not necessary! The place has restaurants, a swimming pool, large grass fields to play a game on, etc. it's like camping! It was all very well maintained and clean. I would definitely go there again, should I return to Rome. There are free shuttle buses every half hour to and from the train station and there is a bus that takes you from the airports and back!

Disliked: The bungalows are made of wood, so the noise of people going out and having fun late at night does come through. Still, it's a camping so.....

Liked: The idea to organize that kind of accommodation.

Disliked: More care to be taken for some details: the blankets should be clean, shower needed reparation, the fridge control did not work. Some small details that I have got to cope with them myself.

Liked: Not far to seaside (about 2 km). U can come back to ur bungalow any time (durin the night)

Disliked: It s so far from metro and local train station- without shuttle-bus it would be catastrofy!!:) But there is that bus;)

Liked: The bungalow was nice and confortable. The place is really beautiful. It has most of what we needed (supermarket, restaurant, pub, buffet). The staff was helpful and friendly. It was very well organized. The shuttle to the airport was very convinient.

Disliked: It is really far. It takes 1 hr to be in rome, but then you need additional 30 min to get to the attractions (colisseum, vatican, places, etc). Yo need to come back maximun 10.30 pm if you want to catch the last train and shuttle. The supermarket and gas for the outside grills close a bit early (8pm), so if you are going for tourism in rome and then expect to come back and cook, is almost impossible.

Liked: everyone was very friendly and helpful; country club castelfusano was accurately portrayed on hostelworld so we knew what we were getting for our money, which was nice

Disliked: the cabins were quite basic and the walls were incredibly thin- you could hear everything that all the neighbors were doing and even what the people across the way were doing
