Liked: I didn't mind the very long commute to rome, as it is nice to go back to a quiet neighborhood after a long day.

Disliked: The wifi was very poor. It usually didn't work and when it did, there was only a small area in the lobby where it would work. There are no in room lockers which is inconvenient. It seemed like a depressing building to be in compared to other hostels.

Liked: Big rooms; let us change our booking; good breakfast

Disliked: Too far out of Rome centre; late night noise from other groups amplified/echoed through the big halls

Liked: The friendlist most help hostel i have every been to. Fab location, close to train station, and close to big car park. To park your car ( 400m away from hotel ) cost about 18euro for 24 hours. No need to park your car at an airport and train in, it is cheaper to drive in and park in city.

Disliked: nothing, i like all

Liked: Really nice overall. Definitely clean. Staff accommodated us with an early breakfast because of our flight time. Close to the airport for early flights, but expect to take a cab if you need to leave before 5:30am. Getting there from Rome didn't seem too bad but does require a lot of public transit (metro, train, and bus).

Disliked: Wish they had an airport shuttle service of their own, but they did call us a cab.

Liked: The location on the beach was nice to sit on at night (never had time during the day because we were in the city centre).

Disliked: It's Rome and all the buildings are old from what I am used to so the outside first impression I was kinda scarred but it was nice, clean and modern inside. It seemed like there were some sort of nocturnal animal(s) in the wall that were making it hard to sleep but other than it was clean and we met great people.

Liked: Breakfast was included, always a good sign. Large rooms in a very old looking building, intruiging. In the very market street town of Ostia Lido by the beach. Good culture and only 30mins train journey to Rome itself. Staff were very helpful too.

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: The hostel is huge and in an ideal location for sun seekers as it is a 30 second walk from the beach. For those who want to explore Rome, the train station is a 10 minute walk where you can get a train to the city. There is also a lovely Chinese restaurant with fish under the floor and cute turtles. The staff are very friendly and speak english.

Disliked: The breakfast did not provide a great variety and the hostel was very quiet when we visited.

Liked: The room was very nice, and bathrooms spacious.

Disliked: Nothing but cakes for breakfast... It's really far from Rome, it takes more or less an hour altogether to get to the center.

Liked: A lot of facilities...spacious rooms.free wifi was good but not excellent,only in lobby.breakfast was ok.cakes, toast, coffee, tea, cereals.staff were very nice n helpful. Shower was awesome.

Disliked: Too far frm d city...BTW d beach was very dirty...

Liked: Very clean place and a kind and helpful staff; very quiet and relaxing during the winter and, I'm sure, a great place to stay near the beach; quite far from the center of Rome, but it only takes 20 minutes and 1€ to get there; clean sheets and towels; clean private bathroom.

Disliked: Far from the city center; internet service is not so good.

Liked: cool facilities

Disliked: dirty sheets, VERY FAR from Rome (two metros and a bus ride, about an hour of commute), extremely hard to locate from the bus stop (it depends on which stop you get off at, their directions were confusing and no help.)

Liked: there were a lot of amenities including laundry, internet, pool, movies, etc/. the staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Disliked: it was very far from the center of rome, but if you want to be on the beach, this was an awesome place.

Liked: This hostel is really good, has lots of free activities, is really clean and has very good staff. its an old school so is massive and the rooms are very spacious. the only problem with the hostel is the location, its 40 mins from central rome (bus, train, train) and the area of the hostel is not very nice and is quite dirty... but the hostel is awesome!

Disliked: Elizabeth left no negative feedback.

Liked: Very clean and all amenities available.Staff were very helpful and spoke very good english. Internet access was brilliant and the fact they have a movie on in English every night is great!I would definitely stay here again and if I hadnàt had such tight travel schdule, i would have stayed longer!

Disliked: The location was good, but quite far out of central rome - bit of a pain to get to until you know where you're going!!

Liked: Location was good, the room was clean and big, the sea was just in front of the room and the staff was very helpful. The entertainment room was free and it could be used anytime, even if the quality of the pool table was pretty low.

Disliked: The view from outside was not very nice and we had some concerns when we first saw it, but the inside was cleaner and nicer. The breakfast was rich, but it included only sweets and it would have been nice to have some eggs or yogurts as well

Liked: it has a large parking place, free of charge. rooms were big, we paid for a double room, but stayed in a dorm for 5, which was ok. no AC, but the room had a fan, was not a problem after all, not even in august

Liked: right on beach in lito, beautiful sea views from our room, cinema was nice, helpful staff, large rooms, laundry facilities- the location is great for the beach NOT for rome!we stayed here as it was close to the airport and we had an early flight.....would have liked to stay longer because the beach was so nice, nice city/touristy getaway from rome

Disliked: NO KITCHEN....massive place with soo many facililties bizarre there was no kitchen...would have made it perfect. slightly difficult to get to our tv didnt work...but i think it was a one off

Liked: It's close to Fumicino airport so if you have an early flight it is very handy to stay there.

Disliked: I didn't like the room I stayed because it wasn't a double room but a dorm room. A huge one and isn't cozy at all. The guy at the reception didn't know how to use a credit card son I had to made everything myself.
