Customer reviewThe receptionist was very friendly and extremely helpful. he was also very knowledgeable in telling us where to visit in rome on the first day of our check in. the breakfast in bed was a very novel idea. however, the spread needs to improve. it was only bread and biscuit. |

Customer reviewwe arrived 1 day earlier and near midnight, thus many streets were closed and directions were rather difficult. beware that there is a church called Auditorium Di Mecenate just behind the same street, thus asking for directions can lead to different locations. service was great. as mentioned, we arrived 1 day earlier and the receptionist Thomas actually tried finding accomodation nearby for us. as we were chinese, he called up many hotels and found a room in a chinese runned hotel located 1 street away. other than that, Ali, the other receptionist gives great explanation Rome, places to visit, how to travel there and make the most of the travel. facilities: hot water was dirty. no microwave for home cooked meals. toilet can be quite a squeeze for larger folks. towels needed to requested to be changed. safe and secure: it is rather safe as we had much difficulty opening the darn main door! we resorted to pressing the doorbell for the reception and without identification, it allowed us in with a simple "HELLO!" value for money: the chinese hotel was cheaper and provided better service and warm cooked food with a dining area. unlike this hostel which provided packet biscuits which had to be eaten in one's room. |

karl pungartnikThe staff is incredibly nice and accommodating. The room for 3 was on the street front and it is VERY loud. Bring ear plugs. They bring breakfast (basic cookies and tarts with coffee of choice) to your room. Not far from the metro. 25 minute walk to the Colosseum |
