Customer reviewThe staff (24h service) was very friendly, helpful and thoughtful. The hostal is located very close to Metro station. Also a plus is the breakfast served into the bedrooms. No night time restrictions: they provide all the keys needed in order to access your room (building main door, hostal door, room door). |

Customer reviewThis is noisy place.When the receptionist was talking on the phone, we could hear everything that was being said from our room. Staff tried hardto be helpful. Electrical fuses keep blowing out when we tried to recharge our camera batteries and the air conditioning broke down all the time |

Rick SpykerVery clean. Small room but otherwise very nice. Even had a TV. Staff were overall quite friendly. The Italian lady who initially showed us our room spoke no English, but our Italian is fine so no problems there. The rest of the staff spoke at least some English. The breakfast was mostly prepackaged but it was good. They offered us a choice of cappuccino or tea. Great location. Quite close to Termini and within about 100 ft. of Vitt. Emmanuele metro station. All in all, an excellent value. |
