The location was just perfect. We had an easy access to all transportation in Rome.

Independence Square Inn is placed right in the heart of Rome. We are located only 5 minutes by walking from the Termini Gate, Coliseum and all the main monuments and places of interest in the city.
If you are looking for a room in the heart of Rome, close to all monuments and points of interest, this is your place! Look no further and book!
Our Inn is the perfect place to stay even if it is only for a couple of days. Its great location will allow you to see the city.
Accommodation Information
Independence Square offers single, doubles, triples, with or without private bathrooms. We offer you free internet access and Digital TV. En-suite rooms have fridges so you can store food and beverages.
You will get a 10% Discount on our Italian Restaurant opened since 1975 (it is a must in Rome!) that is downstairs.
Location Information
Our little inn is located close to Termini Station, the main Rail/Couch Station in Rome. The street where we are is very quiet and well illuminated.
Our property is within walking distance to all major sights Rome has to offer such as Fountain di Trevi, Coliseum, Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona, Campo de' fiori, etc.
This area could be considerate the Rome's hotels area for the high concentration of hotels, bed and breakfast, inns, guest houses, etc.

PAYMENT IS UPON ARRIVAL. This bed and breakfast will only accept guests arriving before 22:00 from monday to saturday. On sunday reception is open only from 8:00 to 14:00 Your arrival must be within 3 hours of the time which you indicated when booking, if you are late please call us. Roma city Tax is not included (2€ ppn), payment of the city tax is possible only in cash. Group bookings with a number of guests in excess of 8 people are not acceptable through the on-line reservation system
Cancellation Policy
Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 2 days before arrival. Payments made to HostelBookers are non-refundable.
