The hotel staff (Antoniella, Fabrizio, Ali, Hirad, Mirella) were very accommodating, approachable for anything, very warm, and very friendly. They made us feel at home. The room was very clean. The hostel environment was peaceful and quiet. They even briefed us on arrival what tourist attractions to see and the best way to reach these sites by bus and by Metro.

Everything was perfect. Fabrizio, Antonella and the staff took care of me and they are so warm and hilarious. As soon as I got there they sat me down and told me what I needed to know to survive in Rome. The bed was comfortable, there's a nice courtyard to drink or chat or whatever, you can cook in the kitchen, internet is free for hotel guests. Everything was perfect. If I make it back to Rome, I will only stay here.

The staff was amazing and extremely hospitable. They can help you with anything from making plans in Rome to finding a place to do your laundry and anything in between.
The food is also excellent. My bed was very comfortable as well.

The staff was helpful and gave you necessary info. a bit far from center but a quick metro ride solves transportation.

the staff at the hostel were so friendly, they sent us to a great restaurant and couldnt help us any more if they tried. our days were limited and the staff showed us the best way to see everything in our time. would def go back and stay

Free internet access, friendly people, a nice terrace outside and clean showers... on the other hand, the mattresses were horrible and the nearest Metro station is about 15 minutes walking from the hostel, which is a bit too much.

It is a lovely, clean house-style place. Not a huge place. It would be fn if you were travelling with a group and broke out teh wine every night. However, as I was travelling by myself, I was surrounded by the families, couples and oldies that were staying there. If you are after quiet though, come here! The staff are lovely, and once you get the hang of getting there and back...it is a nice place to stay

Service was awesome! Rooms clean adn tidy, Everything you could ask for and more in a hostel. I have stayed in many a hostel and this one was the best. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of.

This hostel is excellent. The managers, Fabrizzio and his sister, are cheerful and accomodating. I felt like I was at a friends house.

The person at the front desk was really kind. As soon as we got there, he had our reservation ready and after assinging us our room, he told us about the main parts of Rome, how to get there, where to eat, how much it would cost everything, the opening and closing times, etc. He also told us at what time, where and wich bus to catch to get to the airport. It's a really great place, congratulations to Lodi.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. The guy gave us a rundown of Rome before he even asked us to pay for the hostel. They offer you free breakfast even if it's not included in your package and you can tell that they're genuinely friendly and not out to get your money.

The staff was INCREDIBLE. Harut and Alli had us in stitches every day, were so helpful, pointed us in great directions, and were just great company that really lifted our spirits and made us feel at home. Also, the owner made us a meal while we were there for a very cheap price (3 euros) and it was DELICIOUS!
