Liked: The staff were very nice and helpful, good services incl. ipad rental (in exchange for passport) and towel rental. Good atmosphere, too. Probably the best hostel we stayed in, and cheap too.

Disliked: The beds creak (a LOT), which could be a problem for light sleepers, and one day the hot water was out in some of the showers.

Liked: I like the young environment and the free drink at the bar. Everything was very affordable and the staff was very friendly.

Disliked: A community kitchen would be really nice.

Liked: Bed comfortable and free linens.

Disliked: Extremely creepy service desk guy decided to let himself into my room at 4am and stand next to my bed staring at me until I told him I needed to go back to sleep. I introduced myself and asked his name (no reply) and he said that "he's seen me around". Very scary, probably illegal. Other than that, the rooms were cold, the heater was physically broken, the bathrooms were inconvenient. Internet is only available in bar, and bar is loud and noisy and obnoxious and dark and not a good place to meet people. Internet is also slow and unreliable. I would never stay here again and would recommend that nobody I know stay here.

Liked: Staff is very helpful and friendly, all full english speaking (which is a lot to say in Italy) Rooms are spacious, beds are just ok, though a little noisy. Nice bar downstairs

Disliked: No common area (other than the bar) No kitchen Elevator is broken half of the time (5th floor with luggage is too much)

Liked: the staff is great and money-wise it is a very good offer for the service they provide.

Disliked: The prices in the bar were quite high for a hostel

Liked: The best thing is that every room has it's own shower and bathroom. Also there are lockers in your room under the beds, and it is really close to the Termini station and the center.

Disliked: That there is a lot of noise from outside the hostel. There are few bars that are on the street and during the night it is not really comfortable to sleep.

Liked: I only stated one night so it's hard to judge... But it was very close to the station. It had a nice bar/ restraunt down stairs and the rooms were really clean and tidy

Disliked: The staff all seemed like they didn't want to be there. There was no welcome they seemed sour and hard to talk to. Also the door cards often didn't open it so someone in the room had to let you in.

Liked: I liked the location and it is a clean hostel. It has a party atmosphere but you can also get a good nights sleep if your room is not on the lower floor.

Disliked: The staff was not helpful and often rude and snobby when answering questions. I also got a lot of bed bug bites on my back. The breakfast is also overpriced and the coffee is horrible.

Disliked: Rather dirty, cold, cold watere in the bath, there was a problem with the staff (with great attention count the money for deposit!)

Liked: Everything! staff are friendly, the notes about Rome are quite helpful, the bar downstairs has very nice atmosphere, we got upgraded from a 7 bed room to a 6 bed room with bathroom which gave us great pleasure! and the staff at the bar gave us free drinks when we ordered breakfast there. free ipad using from 30 minutes is also a plus.

Disliked: the room we stayed in is really cold in Nov without heating. I have to go downstairs for extra blankets, but they didn't have enough blankets for we three.

Liked: This hostel is the best or second best (can't make up my mind) that i have ever been to. The atmosphere was awesome, especially to meet people. I travelled alone and met a bunch of people from all over the world. We played beerpong or flipcup almost every night or just had a beer at the bar. the rooms were very clean and also cheap. There is internet acess which was unfortunately kinda weak in the 5th floor, but great downstairs. The location of the hostel is also great. Close to the Termini station and everything is within reach in walking distance or at least by train and busses. Altogether a great stay!

Disliked: Nothing.
