location is in walking range from main station, wifi was only in the reception and bar. has elevator (important for huge luggage)

Clean hostel, clean bathrooms and showers. Staff very friendly on check in/checkout an luggage storage was great. The Yellow Bar connected to it however sucks! Overpriced, terrible food (they served us burnt eggs and sausage that looked like charcoal. The hostel was great for sure but steer clear of the Yellow Bar it is a complete waste of money.

clean and tidy hostel, but a bit far from train station, need 5 mins walk with heavy baggages. no entertainment room or dining room, no internet provide, just have a little reception lobby

The staff were super friendly! The Yellow Bar was a great way to meet people. Guests at the hostel were able to spend time there without being pressured to buy anything (though the drinks were really cheap)! They have giant caged lockers under the bed to store your goods. Try and remember to bring a lock of somesort.

My stay at The Yellow made my experience in Rome all the more memorable and exciting. The free internet, pub crawls, guided tours, and friendly staff all contributed to what makes The Yellow one of a kind and more than accomadating. I absolutely loved it!

This hostel was a fun place to meet other travellers and had a lively atmosphere. We made use of the tours they had on offer and they did not disapoint. Great way to see the city and meet new people while having a drink or 2!! The rooms themselves are a good size with security lockers under the beds so make sure you take a padlock. Each room door had a security key (makes a noise especially in early hours of the morning!!!). The bathroom was very clean and had plenty of loos and showers, with hairdryers as well. LUXURY!! the location is good, but you do have to walk, bus or train it to the more livelier areas so bring your walking boots! The only thing that wasn't good was the prices of the beer and the food in the yellow bar. NOT CHEAP!!! However always restaurants in the next few roads to accomodate. we had a great time here and when in rome .........

The 10 euro deposit for one towel was really annoying and the 5 euro deposit for the key. Granted, they are deposits, so I got the money back, but it was a hassle. Otherwise, it was great. I would definitely stay there again.
