 The hostel has a nice comfy atmosphere to stay. But there were several unpleasant experiences that we faced during our 4 days in rome such as the hostel window in our room was left opened by the cleaner though we are lucky enough that nothing was stolen. A staff came budging into our room without knocking startling all of us. The reception staff were "acting" busy when we were trying to get some help.

Pretty much everything. It was clean, warm and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The bar is a big plus.

Missed out on the pub crawl, but heard from roommates it was a blast. Excellent location, great restautrant/pub, great deals for poor travellers such as myself.

Had an awesome pub down stairs, great for meeting people and drinking your own alcohol. Clean room with en-suite facilities. Had handy location from the train station.

While some of the reception staff were not always friendly, the bar staff in the yellow bar were simply awsome! One BIG gripe is that there is absolutely nowhere to put your towel, clothes etc in the unisex showers unless you are like 6ft and able to reach the rack above the shower head. I ask, would it be so hard to put in some hooks and a small shower curtain?
