Liked: The entire place was awesome, from the location to the people working there to the bar. You can rent iPads, they have free Wifi.. It's just a great place to stay, overall.

Disliked: They were doing renovation during my stay, which I would expect to be over by January. After January, I think it will be an even nicer place to stay. No food or drink in rooms :(

Liked: It had a great bar, very well-located, free wifi, free welcome drink, it's very clean, and it's cheap! What more can you ask?

Disliked: I would had liked if wifi worked in the rooms and not only in the lobby.

Liked: Bar staff very friendly. Just a good fun place. Easy to find . Good restaurant across the street and cheap pizza place on the corner

Liked: I loved basically everything. Near the terminal, the staff was helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean, beds were comfy, a good price and there was a lovely bar attached. I would totally stay here again!

Liked: Free welcome drink from the bar, spacious showers, heater in the room, key card to get in the rooms and wristband for identity. Really friendly staff, amazing atmosphere - perfect hostel!

Disliked: the lockers were under the beds and see through

Liked: Great place to meet people. The bar was a lot of fun and the staff were helpful on pointing out what to see. Also I never used it but you could use an ipad for free for an hour.

Disliked: Nothing... The building was under construction but it wasn't a problem.

Liked: It was really convenient that they had a bar right down stairs, the staff was really friendly and they ipad rentals for free are awesome. Was perfect- I woke up and had breakfast at the bar for about 4 euros while checking email. Couldn't ask for more. Also nice that they have key cards for access to the rooms. It was super close to Termini, so even though I (a girl) arrived late at night by myself and didn't know where I was going, I found the place in about five or ten minutes. The area wasn't as shady as I imagined- it was fine walking around by myself until the wee hours of the morning. It was also convenient that it's only a few blocks from a pizzeria that is open till 5am every night, called 'la sorchetta' (don't ask what it means). You can ask the staff and they'll tell you where to go. Loved that the front desk is always open- that really helps when you're traveling! Made friends there that I plan on keeping, too, so I definitely give it a thumbs up.

Disliked: Well, it's a hostel, so you're not going to get a whole lot of privacy, really, but I knew that and didn't have any expectations there. Slightly annoying that the maids would come in and vacuum and make a bunch of racket while I was sleeping, but in the end, c'est la vie. I didn't pay for a four star room, so there you have it. Really good value for the money still.

Liked: Good bar, good location.

Disliked: Not very good atmosphere due to segregation of patrons. This was because of free wifi mostly, which is good but the communal bar turned into a laptop centre.

Liked: great place. The bar downstairs is awesome. Their were always people hanging out. The rooms were clean and pretty nice. Good value.

Disliked: Great Hostel.

Liked: Easy to find, close to the train station, provided a great map of Rome. The staff were nice, and the wifi worked just fine. It was nice to have a restaurant right downstairs, and the free welcome drink is a great idea. Also, we may have had to pay for breakfast, but it was reasonably priced and very good.

Disliked: Elevator was sort of broken (wouldn't stop on the 3rd floor), and there's no good common room space, aside from the bar.

Liked: Cheap rates, nice and clean place, helpful staff. The crowd is sociable and fun.

Disliked: If you want breakfast, you end up paying as much for any other hostel, which nulls the value draw of the place. Wifi is very slow.

Liked: very near roma termini, which is where the trains or the conection form the airport arrives.

Disliked: They were in the middle or renovation so that is temporal, but the common area is also the bar a restaurant so no quiet area.

Liked: Very close and easy to find from the train station. The dorms are pretty big with space to move around and beds comfortable. Good to spend time at the bar at night and meet people. Staff were also very helpful to sort out the mistake they made when they checked me into the wrong room.

Disliked: Only one computer which was always busy. Also some renovations at the moment to the stairs that made it awkward to pass the workmen who also started their work early during the week so it was difficult to sleep in. The shower cubicle is very small with no room to hang up your towel or get changed into clean clothes

Liked: The Yellow's staff was fairly friendly, and my bed during the stay was clean and not ridiculous in some way (such as the unstable swinging bunk beds I had at another Hostel).

Disliked: There's like, 6 floors of rooms here, and an elevator that often malfunctions and is only allowed to carry 2 people (1 if you have luggage). All bedroom windows lead to the same area behind the building where the balconies also are, and being that there is a bar downstairs this forces you to hear everyone's loud and drunken attempt at getting laid. The reception desk is downstairs in the bar area, and while the staff are pretty nice, it can be difficult to communicate in a bar scene.

Liked: I liked the bar, the cleanliness, the location, and the nice people.

Disliked: The room was a bit too small, but it wasn't really a problem since I spend most of my time outside or in the bar.

Liked: Movie/music themes in rooms and lounge. Right next to the train station. Large groups of young people in the lounge. Ipad rentals. Pizza joint on the corner is tight.

Disliked: Renos during our stay, tiny showers, beer is expensive.

Liked: Close to the Termini station. Free drink on arrival (anything from the drink menu up to 5 euro).

Disliked: The building is being refurbished, so the stairs are all torn apart, and the elevator is a finicky temporary thing. Construction started early in the morning during the week, making it rather noisy. Wifi is only in reception/the bar and can be temperamental. No free breakfast.

Liked: We stayed in a different hostel at first, but then we came across this one and didn't really want to leave! They should make it forbidden to book another night when you just got out of the bar ;). But in all seriousness, great atmosphere, good food on the menu, good food next door and across the street, super close to Termini, decent rooms, clean, and yes, the bar... A bottle of wine (that doesn't even taste bad) for €7,-! Great place to meet new people!

Disliked: Showers could've been a bit bigger, always tricky to get dressed after the shower when there's no space to hang your clothes. And the WiFi was unbelievably slow. Also, the drilling at 8 in the morning wasn't too great, but hey, redecorating never sounds pretty and I'm sure they'll finish it as fast as possible..

Liked: A good location easy to get to termini the down stairs bar area was great fantastic atmosphere and good hostel to meet other travellers would recomend this property and thank you to the lovely lady with short blonde hair on reception your concern for me was much appreciated.

Disliked: the wifi was terrible, showers were a little small and water not always hot
