Please note:
- We are unable to send or fax letters of any kind for visa document applications to embassies and/or consulates.
- The age restriction applies for Persons under the age of 18, unless accompanied by a parent or a legal tutor and for people over the age of 40
- A valid ID (EU-countries) or a valid Passport is required at check-in
- Cancellations or alterations are only accepted via email, 24h prior to our check in time at 1.30pm. Phone cancellations/alterations are not accepted. Please make sure that you receive the confirmation of your Cancellation/Alteration from us via email.
- Check-in is after 1:30pm until late and check out is 10am but you can leave your luggage with us for the day, free of charge.
