Liked: Location is great, two steps from Termini (Rome central station).The rooms are quite ok; the room with seven beds is a bit full, but it is quite clean and well done.The staff was very friendly. Free breakfast at the bar is provided, as is 15 min. of free internet in two nearby internetcafes.The only thing (which is a problem for virtually every hostel): hot water in the showers would be nice...

Liked: Met a lot of cool people there, staff was very helpful, free internet nearby, railroad station right across the street, plus metro, tour buses, restaurants, also nearby.

Liked: Really liked the smallish amount of beds in the room and the fact that you could use another bathroom if yours was full.

Liked: Location is very convenient and not far at all from everywhere you want to visit (15 minute walk and you're pretty much anywhere). The staff make the experience--very friendly, very helpful, full of suggestions, always willing to help, very knowledgeable, etc. The most important thing is cleanliness and Pop Inn was above average and I had no complaints as to cleanliness. The bathrooms/toilets were fine while I was there but could technically be hit or miss if someone who is a pig is also staying there (as many as a dozen people in total share 1 bathroom/toilet). The bed wasn't the best but it was sufficient. The point of going to Rome is to see the sites and if you're doing it on the cheap by staying in a hostel, then Pop Inn meets all of your needs in an above average to exceptional way. Definitely recommended.

Liked: The staffs were really helpfull, I had almost a tour guide, showing me on the map all the good places to visit.The room was really clean an tidy, as well the bathroom.The hostel is close from the most of touristics sites and almost inside the train/bus station!!!!

Liked: it would be better if they can have micowaver for travellre to make the foods even they dont have a kictchen, and it would be better if they have some wood window infront of the normal window to block the noise from the road in the room
