Liked: I liked the location, close to termini station. The bathrooms were a little bit dirty, and the internet service (in a nearby laundry place) didn't work. But aside that, I had a really nice stay! Most of the staff is very helpfull and friendly!

Liked: good beds. enough space in room. locker in room. enough ventilation. shower was good, but heard it was cold one morning and the cleaner sometimes locks the bathroom the whole day. They do this after cleaning, but don't open it again later. The lounge room has a tv that does not work. No kitchen. no internet (pc or wifi), you can go to a internet cafe and use 15 minutes for free. breakfast is a coffee and a croissant in cafe in the street. I liked the woman and the girl from the reception

Liked: Worst. Hostel. Ever. Any ratings which rave about this hostel must be false. Staff were rude (with the exception of one girl), and whenever I used the bathroom I felt dirtier than when I went in.

Liked: The hostel was really nice, I did find a very cool and welcoming atmosphere, very cosmopolitan, it was well kept and very clean, the staff was friendly, attentive and very helpfull, the location is just great as well as the deals. Definitly going back !!!!

Liked: The atmosphere at the hostel was great. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. The location near Termini Station was great. I would definitely recommend the Pop Inn Hostel.

Liked: .. the hostel is in a great location and very easy to find .. its clean and the majority of people who work there are friendly however there seems to be alot of maitenance needed to get it to a useable state! the rooms were bright and colourful beds made each day and the common areas were tidy BUT the bathrooms left alot to be desired!!during the 3 days i stayed there were just 2 showers working in the whole hostel... and even then only 1 of them was really useable as the other had clogged drains and filthy smell when u walked pasted the door.. the toilets dont flush properly and you can imagine the ques to use the bathrooms!! the staff tried to pretend it wasnt a problem however you can imagine the guests werent so happy... i think for the price you can find better places in the same area especially if you are after a twin room rather then a dorm

Liked: The position is great! In short time I could visit all the most important points of interest just by walking, also thanks to the detailed informations and map given to me by the staff. They're kind and very helpful! My room was nice and clean, had lockers for luggages and bed was comfortable. There are several bathrooms in different floors to use, so fortunately the situation wasn't as i read in some comment, maybbe they fixed it. I felt safe and comfortable here, everything was great, especially the breakfast available all day, since i had to leave 6 am, i was very happy to know the place for breakfast was already open. Really recommended!

Liked: Location is good but poor value for money - 80EUR for twin room with shared bathroom, we have certainly had MUCH BETTER places.

Liked: The hostel is very convenient (right next to Termini) but that means that it's very loud at night! Also not many bathrooms, no internet on site. And our electricity failed one morning!! However, good breakfast at a cafe on the street below.

Liked: We had a great stay at Pop Inn. The hostel was clean and the rooms were modern and nicely presented. The location isn't the best, but we walked almost everywhere and it wasn't a problem for us. If you don't like walking, the hostel is right next to Termini Station so you can get the metro really easily. It was quite noisy at night, and you get a few dodgy characters in the area round the station, but we had no problems. Really good location if you are flying into Ciampino, as the airport bus drops you on the same street as the hostel!

Liked: Very entertaining staff, very affordable. Bathroom cleanliness left rather a lot to be desired, however the dorms were decent, if a little cramped. Attracts a young, friendly crowd so great for meeting people to go out with. Rooms overlooking the station get a fair bit of noise, but as expected.

Liked: The staff were friendly and cheerful, and they seemed very knowledgeable about where to party/drink until early morning. We were given bad advice about when to visit the Vatican, which thankfully we did not follow. The storage places for your bags on the day you leave are just shelves, which are only partially visible from the front desk, however we still used them and there was no problem.Pop Inn is a good, but not amazing, hostel and is perhaps better for the younger party crowd.

Liked: good but didnt have an eftpos facility and when guests arrive late at night like we did at 1140pm we had to go down to the train station to withdraw a 100 euro, not a safe thing to do late at night!

Liked: The staff were helpful and with the Termini station right opposite the hostel it had great travel links via Metro and bus. The breakfast was also delicious!!
