Liked: Nice hostel, very clean and welcoming. Right next to the train station which is brilliant for people travelling. Not far to walk into town and the main attractions.

Liked: Pretty shady area of town and a pretty decent walk to any of the major sights. Metro/buses stop running pretty early so you really do have to walk if you want to do anything at night. It's also a pretty shady building. When the window was open at night it was super loud in the morning with Termini right across the street and cars honking all over the place, but was way too hot to close it. Pretty clean and they gave you lockers to lock up your stuff. Very helpful staff.

Liked: It was really close to the train station, which made it about ten times better than it actually was. Traveling home early in the morning was easy. Summer nights are really hot without air conditioning. The breakfast was one croissant and a cup of juice or coffee (pretty small), but it did the trick. The service was good and fairly helpful. I'd recommend this hostel to people.

Liked: Some of the staff were great, especially Diego - without him my trip to Rome would have been much less exciting. Be aware that he is going to make some jokes when you first arrive;)Be advised that the shower next to the reception totally sucks, but the others are great. Be prepared for noise outside as the location is very busy, but the location is a plus because it is right next to the train station.The hostel needs a fridge. The TV room is great. Internet is 10 euro for 5 days, and the connection was better than expected. The people who come to the hostel are all great people and a lot of fun - smile and introduce yourself! Dont be shy!Despite the rule orientation of the older Filipino man, he is really nice and keeps the hostel running smoothly. The younger Filipino lady needs to smile and connect with the guests instead of just sitting in front of the computer.I really liked this hostel, it was VERY clean! If I go to Rome again this will be my first choice!!!

Liked: this was the worst hostel we stayed in the staff were slow and had no idea what they were doing. when we arrived they had given are room to someone else even though we had emailed previously to say we would arrive later than we had said before they denied they had got it but i have a reply to this email. they sent us to some dodgy part of rome basically someones house to sleep that nite with no compensation. the second nite we moved back to this hostel with no apologies we were told we would be given a double room but ended up in a 4 bed room. when we arrived home later that nite the boy we were sharing the room with said the man who worked there had let himself in and stood staring at his girlfriend untill he woke up and got rid of the man. it was a very sketchy place to stay.

Liked: You just can not beat the location. It's next to the main station, Termini! Staff was friendly (except the old Asian man who is sometimes on charge). The biggest problem was the area was quite noisy and they did not have any air-con. Therefore, you just have to leave the window open (When I was there wasnt that hot. I cant imagine how it'd be like in the high summer season!)which means you will feel like you are sleeping on the street. An earplug may solve the problem. The other problem was the whole hostel has 3-4 bathrooms. Therefore, you will have to wait in long queues.

Liked: It was close to the train station. But first the sign that said check in time and check out time was not met and the website also said times that were not met. Second the room was supposed to be ready not at 3:30 but 6:30pm!!! It was still not ready. We were waiting in the hostel since 4pm and at 6:30 we were allowed to have keys and had to wait till 7pm before we had a chance to get ready for the night.

Liked: If all you are looking for is location this is the place. If you want to have a nice place to stay that will allow you come back to sleep during the day and not get up early this is not the place. We were told to be out at 8am and cannot come back until 18:30. This was the worst hotel in Europe I have been to.

Liked: Great location. Nice and clean. Friendly staff. However our card key didn't work and they never fixed it so we had to ask to be let into our room everytime we came in, luckily they have 24 hr reception. But overall great place to stay.
