Liked: People from staff were nice.The fact that it was in front of the train station, don't have to walk a lot with your luggage.

Disliked: Noisy. Could hear the music from the ad playing in the train station. One bathroom for 16 persons. Only one socket for 4 peoples in the bedroom.

Liked: Secure, location is good, friendly staff

Disliked: Too many people for one bathroom that was pretty nasty. Smelled in the rooms. Only ONE power outlet in room!!

Liked: Good location, but very loud so good for one or maybe two nights.

Disliked: Very loud - outside very loud and had to sleep with window open as very hot. Could hear everything from rooms and halls nearby. Poor breakfast Had to pay for WiFi

Liked: The location was good and the facilities/rooms where good with lots of character. It was ok to meet people but the common rooms where rarelly used.

Disliked: The staff where not helpful at all, they did not have any accurate information on the local area and where at times rude. Especially one gentleman who told me to 'go to my room' when it was listed as a no curfew hostel. I also felt i was interrupting their personal phone conversations when just trying to get service. This was a real shame as the rest of the hostel i would reccomend.

Liked: Proximity to Roma Termini and Metro. Staff were very helpful with directions and recommended places to visit. Free map, breakfast included.

Disliked: Wifi only worked for an hour. Could hear the guy talking in the next room- he was either talking really loudly or the walls were paper thin.

Liked: Excellent location, near to the train station and close to places of interest. breakfast was jsut a drink and croissant but was satisfactory. comfortable and fun environment with an excellent staff

Disliked: the price for towel rental was 4 euros. nothing else

Liked: It was everything I expected and everything I needed. I liked the room decorations especially.

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: The property is very close to almost all of the tourist spots and the transportation, which is very convenient. I love the room that we had there, it was pretty and very comfortable in a very reasonable price. The bathroom is clean (which is so important to me), the temp. in the room is just right, internet connection is good and most of all the staff are very helpful and friendly which I like the best! If I will be in Rome next time I will stay at Pop Inn again, that's for sure! :)

Disliked: Nothing that I can think of :)

Liked: from outside the road it looks a bit weird to be honest. But from inside its a really cool place. the bedroom are stylish and cool. The bathrooms very cool and clean and the staff really helpfull and there 24/7.

Disliked: the outside of the building doesnt look very appealing

Liked: Nice toilets and friendly staff. Easy to find!

Disliked: A bit cold in the room, some noice from the street also. Had to fight for a toilet in the morning.

Liked: I love the location and the how nice the staff was.

Disliked: I hated how expensive it was and all the hidden fees that they dont tell you about. For example on the website it talks about free things and it describes wifi and then you have to pay for it and also a tax that we didnt know about...

Liked: Great location, friendly staff, clean, extra lockers in rooms and by reception.

Disliked: In our area only 1 bathroom (incl. 1 toilet + shower) for 16 beds, so it can be a bit of a wait.

Liked: The location was perfect, especially because Rome is so spaced out. With any trip to Rome, location is KEY.

Disliked: Slightly cold rooms, that's all.

Liked: The location is great, right next to the station. My window faced the station, but it wasn't at all noisy with the windows closed. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a drink and a croissant at a nearby cafe

Disliked: I didn't like that you had to pay for wifi (€1 per hour), most places I've stayed offer it for free. No kitchen. The pillows were flat. Also they claim to have laundry facilities, when its actually an expensive Laundromat around the corner which they claim gives guests 20% off. In actual fact it was about 10%, and only after I argued to get it. They also tried to charge me for a large load of laundry when it was just a small bag of clothes.
