Liked: The casuality of the night staff and the allowance of me staying up with a friend I had just met, late, on the couch watching late night tv before I was to get on airline flight in the early am. Very lenient, yet attentive staff, really nice.

Liked: Location + great staff (esp Jesse, Tony) made my trip wonderful. Thx Jesse for coordinating with airlines to find my lost luggage till found it - really appreciated. One thing need to be fixed is about the hot water as now with very low pressure. The other facilities were in good as this is new hostel. Recommend to stay here if you want a place to sleep with short walk from the metro & train station.

Liked: The staff were extremely extremely helpful...More than i had ever expected, the staff memebrs are very young, being a student myself i found it extremely cool n easy to interact with them. Also the diff ppl i met at the hostel were very friendl and the whole experience made my trip to rome a very very memorable one

Liked: The hostel was located steps away from the train terminal-metro. Easy to locate. Staffs were super helpful and the place was very clean, I would definitely go there again.

Liked: We heard very bad things about most other hostels in Rome. There was nothing specifically bad at Pop Inn. And we liked the free wine:)
