Liked: Good location, immpossible to get lost. Staff is friendly and everybody speaks english. Cheap wireless.

Disliked: Hot water seems to be missing from time to time. Temperature was below 0 C in Rome but there were no heating.

Liked: The staff is really helpful and the location is excellent.

Disliked: Very noisy. The heaters werent on. The beds very noisy.

Liked: Very close do the Station Termini (the biggest in Rome)

Liked: Staff very helpful, nice and friendly. the location couldn't be much better, very close to the main train station (Termini) and metro, and not too far from the main sights . Good price for a private twin room, clean and spacious.

Disliked: nothing.

Liked: the staff were incredibly helpfull and friendly. great location. great atmosphere.

Disliked: the shower flooded. there is no lift up, so everyone has to drag their bags up numerous flights of stairs to their rooms. bathroom fittings were falling apart a little.

Liked: Near to the railway station

Disliked: -You must pay for use internet and it works really slowly. -Noise at night. -Not a funny atmosphere; by another hand, in the street the have relation with a bar but the prices are expensive.

Liked: Very nice and friendly staff, great bar (livingroom) downstairs. Private room was a good value for money. And the location couldnt be much better:)

Disliked: Restricted kitchen use.Cold atmosphere, dull lighting, Didnt feel welcoming.

Liked: Good location, 3€ breakfast is value for money.

Disliked: The toilets always smelt of urine. Late of an afternoon there is a cleaner that seems to be forever in the toilets, I presume cleaning, but they never smell any better after he has been in there? Plastic on the matresses.

Liked: Location is good and the staff was helpful. Breakfast is worth.

Disliked: Showers very small and smells weird. Cleaning guys are also weird. There is no lockers in the room, so you have to keep important tuff with you, but you got a key for the room, so only the people staying in have access. There is no real common room, just a few tables so it's not the best place to meet people, and there is no fridge.

Liked: Good rooms friendly atmosphere, cool and very helpful staff, made some friends there among the travelers and the staff

Liked: great location and a pretty good breakfast

Disliked: no hot water, no water really, plastic covers on the mattresses made it hard to sleep, no lock on our bathroom door, cold rooms, staff was kind of rude, little bit dirty.

Liked: la gente dell' albergo è carina e simpatica. Parlano molte lingue.

Disliked: Forse, i pakistani che puliscono non mi fanno molto piacere....ci provavano con me :S

Disliked: There aren't a lot of necesary things such as sockets, iron, washing machine, mirror in the room etc
