Liked: The staff were really helpful and the breakfast was great. The location is also a positive point as the hostel is just around the corner from Termini Station. I would definitely recommend.

Liked: Was not all too pleased with the first woman who was working the desk, shaved head with little rat tail. She was not friendly and had us wait. When we finally got to her, she was not very enthusiastic about greeting us. Other than that, it was an alright stay.

Liked: The hostel is very close to the station which is good, though at least a half hour walk to the Centro Storico (though buses are readily available). Check in was easy, and the room good sized (8 people fit very comfortably with room to spare). However, the hot water was non-existant after the 4th night and we were there for 7; we paid for breakfast for 5 days but were denied breakfast on the 5th time because no one had told us that you had to eat in 5 consecutive days or not at all. The staff were helpful for the most part, but one member in particular became quickly beligerant if you tried to question or query anything. The kitchen - despite being listed on the website simply as 'available' - is only open form 3pm-10pm, though if you ask nicely they will open it so that you can fill your water bottle at the tap. This being said, the experience was over all very pleasant - the hostel was secure, with safe's provided and gated access after midnight to the sleeping areas.

Liked: i was thinking of leaving this hostel because the room was so small and looked messy, but all the staff there were so friendly that I changed my mind to stay. they have some facilities for small charge, but it's okay, it was all running well. Hostel is good for those who want to travel to other cities/places easily since it's only 5 min walk from Termini Station

Liked: the service was really bad... everything is money, and i think if im gonna pay for everything i would rather go to a 5 star hotel... but im a student and it is not appropriate

Liked: stayed there 3times already, always fun. the location is jus perfect! great caffe place jus outside the hostel. not really sure bout the bar next to it, went there once n never came bak, not my cup of tea.....staff is really helpfull....will deffo come bak :)

Liked: The shuttle bus to and from the aipport was just around the corner from the hostel. The hostel was situated in walking distance of everything i wanted to see, from the colosseum to St Peter's!! I absoltuely loved my stay!!

Liked: Most of the staff are cool, but the internet/sheets/breakfast are not included in the price. Also, its in a noise place and you cant use the lift. Better find another place.

Liked: Very close to the Termini Train Station. Very clean and people were polite and friendly. I was disappointed by some "mispromotion" on their webpage. There are extra fees for linens, breakfast and internet. NOT as listed on the webpage. Still a good deal however.
