Liked: Friendly staff. Situated nicely for catching trains (to other cities), and buses (throughout Rome or to the airports).

Disliked: Expensive as hostels go. Almost the price of a two star hotel.

Liked: The location is really good! It's an ok hostel but not superb and not the best value for money.

Disliked: The showers and toilets are clean but really not well maintained and outdated. The rooms are also not very clean but ok.

Liked: Helpful staff, very convenient location.

Disliked: Not-too-subtle encouragement (e.g. a staff member tried to round everyone up for a free drink) to visit the associated bar.

Liked: The Hostel is located very near the Termini Railway Station (3 min to walk). People (like us) travelling with Ryanair can easily reach the station and the hostel with terravision bus services. Check-in at any time, rooms and facilities adequetly clean and tidy. Washrooms are small but usually not occupied. For tourists: Starting from the hostel, Rome can be explored by walking.

Disliked: Our room was facing the street, so it was very noisy.

Liked: Not bad located, not well either. Staff not friendly at all but rooms clean and in very good conditions for new people checking in. Not a bad place to stay if for one night only.

Liked: The wall is too thin, so people who stay next to the toilet can hear everyth all night.. also the bar beside is very noisy...

Disliked: The aircons were not working in most rooms, staff didnt inform the guests prior to arrival. Room had a bad stench on the first night! Staff didnt do anything about the broken aircon in the room during the duration of stay.

Liked: Private twin rooms were clean, spacious and had newly fitted bathrooms. Good price for cantre of Rome.

Disliked: Reception areas etc were a bit grubby. Staff not very friendly.

Liked: 24 hour security who really do a good job - makes me feel safe.Very clean and fresh - including bathrooms.

Disliked: 4 flights of stairs to get to the room. I understand the idea of the lift but at least should be allowed for luggage.

Liked: Very good location, rooms are really nice and spacious. If you are a female traveller, you will get a fab bathroom.

Liked: Except location, everything is worst

Disliked: The dirty bathrooms, the hidden charges of each and every facility like internet. Charges exhorbittant for towel, internet, brakfast. No place to meet people. No lift facility to go to even 4 th , 5 th floor

Liked: Close to centre.

Disliked: Only 3 showers and 2 toilets to 20 people on the floor, no lookers, you ahve to pay for Internet, no breakfast, you ahve to pay for towels, they try and sell you breakfast for 3 euros in a bar downstairs and I would stay well away. Only 1 man at all times at reception so expect queues. Finally the condistions in the room were impossible to sleep. To hot so you have to keep the window open. As you are wthin 2 minutes to the centre bus and train station be prepared for a noisly night. No AC or fans!
