Liked: The location is fantastic!! very close to the Roma Termini train station - everything else is a walk away or can take the metro from the train station. location is great! The breakfast is 3 euro extra but probably worth it.

Disliked: Rooms were loud. The bathrooms were awful - the shower flow is terrible and there is no room to put your things so everything gets wet. They promote the food downstairs but it's not great. Get a map from elsewhere as well.

Liked: Great place, awesome staff, and helpful. It has some really awesome places next to it. It has a cathedral, and awesome fountain, and lots of bars, restaurants, ect.

Disliked: If you looking to see the places in the heart of Rome near the coliseum by foot, DON'T STAY HERE!!! unless you love walking back and fourth at long distances.

Liked: Close to the train station

Disliked: Bathroom was dirty and very small. Room was suffocating and needed better ventilation frequently by opening windows. Would not go back to this place again and would not recommend it to others. Not good value for money. They even refused to keep our luggage for an extra day and said would do so if you only booked a room for another day.

Liked: Great workers at the desk. Really nice and friendly.

Disliked: BED BUGS!!!!!!! really bad case! over 250 bites in one night. Also, there was a mix up with beds, and we had to wait for 3 and a half hours, until midnight - in the lobby, for the owner to come and sort it out. He separated my friends and I. Then we got bed bugs.

Liked: Location near the train station was nice.

Disliked: There weren't enough bathrooms for the number of people and they weren't very clean. It was also very noisy, with a doorbell that went off every time somebody entered. I didn't feel as though it was worth what we paid for it.

Liked: The associated restaurant downstairs had great value for the money. One of the girls at the front desk was great - super helpful; she went above and beyond to help us. The rest of the staff, however were not great.

Disliked: The bathroom was dirty and very small; there were no lockers in the rooms; there were quite a few extra fees once we got there - nothing was free except the sheets; the lockers by the front desk were very small (basically just for ipods and passports) and their locks didn't accomadate most padlocks (neither mine nor any of my friends'). Overpriced for the facilities.

Liked: It is close to the station and the shuttle bus to the airport

Disliked: There is a female bathroom and a mix bathroom so in the morning male customers have to run the gauntlet of teenage girls drying their hair. Bathrooms should be male and female seperate

Liked: The location was great. The bar next door gives a discount on drinks and food for people who stay at the hostel.

Disliked: The bathrooms were not very good. There was one large bathroom with several shower stalls for both sexes and then one bathroom for females only on our floor. The large bathroom was not in very good condition. There are no lockers in the dorm rooms and no beside lights, only one main light for the whole room which is pretty annoying when you are trying to sleep. The place does not accept payment via credit card despite the fact that it is listed on the site under the facilites. The person who checked us in was not very helpful we had to ask for map and he didn't suggest any points of interest or ask us if we wanted him to. Other staff were extreamely nice we later discovered and were only too happy to help with directions or suggest places to go and things to see.

Liked: Helpful staff, perfect location. Those rooms, that face the inyard, are perfectly quite.

Disliked: The showers could be much better. Those rooms, that face the street, are very noisy.

Liked: not soo much, the cleaning staff wore rood and they just walkt in too the room whitout nacking, two off the staff mebers at the desk wore wonderfull but in genural it was not as good as the Ottaviano hostel

Disliked: the staff members wore rood and sthe cleaning staff just walkt in. but two off the staff at the desk wore underfull :P

Liked: Showers were good and bathrooms were clean. The location isn't bad. The opportunity to buy endless access to the wi-fi for a low price at the check-in was nice.

Disliked: The building was old and I had the impression that it was falling apart. I could hear distinctly the people in the room beside me and, specially, as I was in a room beside a bathroom, I could hear the shower, the flush and the pipes quite loudly. In one of the nights, it was impossible to sleep because of a party bellow, the sound was so loud that it was like the DJ was inside the room! And it happened in a day that I wasn't feeling well and needed my rest. The contact with the staff wasn't so good as well. I have to say that this was the worst hostel I've ever been!

Disliked: i didnt like the fact that there was hidden costs . i was told i was going to pay £23 on arrival, ended up paying £30. i was told also that my bed sheets would be changed in which they werent and also it was very noisey

Liked: it's close to the train station. you got a really good breakfast for 3 euro, including real coffee! walking distance from all the major sights.

Disliked: as soon as we arrived we got hit with 3 euro charge for bedding then 2 euro a night per person for visitor tax. so we ended up paying an extra 5 euro each for the night. also costs to use the wifi. staff were not very useful - didn't even show us where the kitchen was. rooms were really noisy as we were on the side right on the main road.

Disliked: NO VENTILATION OF THE DORM AT ALL, IF OPEN THE WINDOW, OUTSIDE IS THE NOISY STREET..THEN, IN THE ROOM....BAD SMELL....

Liked: Location is very good. Staff was friendly. One evening there was pasta meal free of charge in the Living Room -restaurant!

Disliked: Not very clean. Lounge is rather small. Risk of electrical shock in the room: jack on the wall was broken, got out of the wall and was repaired poorly with adhesive tape!

Disliked: so dark in the room,and the space between ttwo beds is so narrow ,there is no chair or desk in the room,i don't like it!
