Liked: the location is fantastic and the staff are very friendly. I got upgraded for free while I was staying there.

Disliked: The showers were terrible and there wasnt any hot water

Liked: the staff was very helpful and friendly. They willingly share all information and answer all your questions.

Disliked: check-in time not until 3pm..but you have to be out by 10am. (they do have a storage for you to drop your bag)

Liked: there was always staff willing to help. the location was the best!

Disliked: The bar downstairs was so expensive and the owner was two-faced. He was very happy and nice if we ordered something but after awhile kept giving us stares to leave after some time and was frowning when my friend and I made the mistake of eating some cookies at the bar's outside table. We listened to him but he kept giving us attitude. And they say all you can eat dinner buffet but it is actually all you can eat if you can fit it into one plate. seriously, how many times are you going to fool the customers? The internet is ridiculously expensive. Unnecessary.

Liked: It was close to Roma Termini train station and also close to the main sights of Roma, all accessible on foot. The beds were comfortable and staff very friendly.

Disliked: There was no bathroom in the dorms, only a shared bathroom between 3 dorms on one floor, bt it was a nice and clean bathroom.

Liked: friendly staff, location, price, cheap bar downstairs (you'll be glad of this because Rome is unbelivably expensive).

Disliked: bathroom could be cleaner but with 10 sharing, it is difficult.

Disliked: Not clean, beds are not good, they make sounds. Not worth the amount.

Liked: Location is less than five minutes walk from train stop.

Disliked: Late night manager was unwilling to let us socialize in common areas at night. I was under the impression as a 24 hour hostel, if people are willing to congregate they should have the right to.

Liked: it's clean and good-located Hostel, everything that i need i get in this place.

Disliked: Toilets is not so good

Liked: It was a great location and the staff were always so helpful and kind.

Disliked: The place was dirty, there are no lockers in the rooms, but each room has a lock. It was really big, but difficult to meet people. ANd it was just dirty everywhere, the bathrooms were really small and nasty.

Disliked: The fact that the gas doesnt turn on untill 3pm so you cant cook early in the morhing or have tea.

Liked: great staff, plenty of info available they can answer all your questions unfortunately the internet wasn't really working when we were there and the elevator is not theirs to use

Liked: The staff were amazing and friendly. Location is fantastic! On the door step of the train staion, perfect for our purposes, but I didn't see the area at night.

Disliked: No lockers in room. Hard mattresses.

Liked: Nice location, nice staff, female only bathrooms available, bar/cafe with good deals just downstairs.

Disliked: Wifi was expensive, but there was free wifi at the cafe

Liked: The location was very good close to the Train and Bus station. The reception staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Disliked: The beds wobbly very badly about 6" each way, so impossible to get a good nights sleep. and i dont think think that everybody in my room was a paying customer , i.e. i think one guy might have been a homeless guy who just walked in from the street.

Liked: Staff was great and always friendly and really helpful, and location definitely is convenient right next to Termini and what I'd consider walking distance from all the main sights. One more plus was being there for their anniversary on the 11th May and getting unlimited free breakfast and dinner. Just overall.. and even despite the negative points about this place, quite a nice friendly vibe to it

Disliked: Seeing as I got a special offer with the HostelBookers promotion for a total of €10 for a 5 nights, I guess I can't really complain much! Otherwise though the place does seem overpriced for what you actually get, and you're charged extra for the tourist tax and wifi. Really noisy at night in both rooms I stayed in, one next door to the toilets where you hear the rush of water in the wall each time someone flushes, and the other room overlooking the main road so youre stuck between closing the windows totally and ending up with a really stuffy room or else just bearing with the noise. In an 8 person room we only seemed to find one plug which actually worked. Toilets and showers were fine, just hardly any space to move around in the shower and takes a while to figure out how to take your towel and change of clothes in without getting them wet.
